A/N: Can you tell I gave up at the end? I dunno, I want to try and care less about getting everything perfect and just have fun writing.

Premise: Marvin turns you into a cat by accident. Anti is there and takes notice of you.
Word Count: 795

You're confused.

Well, you're always a little confused at any given moment, but right now, you're especially bewildered.

Since when did everything get so big? Or rather, when did you become so small?

"What did you just do?" You hear a rough voice with an Irish accent. Then you remember, looking up at two people—well, one human and one probably-not-human.

"I don't know, I panicked! They were following us!" Marvin looks different than you remember. More... on edge; cautious. His eyes are locked carefully on you, curious but wary. His brunette hair is tied up tightly and his knuckles are white with how tight he is squeezing his wand.

Anti, on the other hand, is indiscernible. "It's a cat."

Cat? Where? You look around, when you realize that Anti was referring to you. You can see your grey-black furry paws and a tuft of white fur on your chest when you look down. Your tail has the same pattern of black and grey, the tip swinging back and forth like it has a mind of its own.

You feel a strange instinct to catch it when the feeling of the ground disappears under your feet. Alarmed as you realize you are being picked up, you attempt to struggle your way out of the hands that hold you, but you can't do much with paws instead of hands.

Anti's laughing. "It's kinda cute."

I'm not! You thought stubbornly. He's laughing at you!

"I should change them back..." Marvin says.

"Hold on," Anti calmly protests and sticks a palm out towards Marvin while holding you by the scruff with his other hand. You don't know whether to be angry or afraid. Either way, you're very much helpless in this situation. "Can you talk?" You blink once, staring at him. "Can you answer me?" His interested stare turns blank as you do nothing. You hope that maybe he'll put you down, but instead your vision turns blurry as he shakes your small body around. "What do you want?" His voice is serious this time.

"Hey! You can't do that!" You see the blurry form of Marvin reach out toward you before he disappears from your view. Your feet are suddenly aching, having fallen on the concrete. You can't run away, let alone move from the pain coursing through your body. You stay crouched, attempting to make yourself as small as possible.

"It's not even a real cat! And who are you to talk? It's your faulty magic that turned it into that in the first place. I'm only wondering why it was following us."

Marvin looks as if he wants to respond, staring at Anti with a fire burning behind eyes, but for some reason he stays quiet. Anti focuses back on you, and you suddenly remember you're apart of this, too.

You don't run away, even though you want to. It's like your legs became paralyzed. No one else could be seen from this alleyway. Anti shrinks to your level—almost. Being a cat, you're still much smaller than him. "You can understand me." He tilts his head. "Can't you?"

You get up from your crouched position, opening your mouth to respond. Only a meow comes out which ends up startling you.

"I'll take that as a yes." Why is Anti's stare so unnerving? His eyes hold a hint of playfulness, like a cat ready to attack its prey—which is quite ironic, considering your current situation.

"Anti." Marvin's voice quivers slightly. Anti doesn't seem to find it necessary to respond. Marvin continues anyway, "We should go before someone sees us."

"And leave this precious thing here in the cold? That doesn't seem fair. You would never leave a stray cat alone, especially in the city where it could get hurt. I know you, Marvin."

"They won't be any safer with you."

You could see Anti roll his eyes, but Marvin could not from where he was standing. "You can leave if you don't want to see this."

Marvin hesitated, then spoke. "What are you going to do?" Anti gave him no answer. "Get information out of them? Because I won't let you. I'm changing them back and I don't care what you have to say about it."

Yes! Thank you! You would have jumped up if you could control your legs properly. Everything would be so much easier if you were human again. But, before that could happen, Anti grabbed you again, but everything disappeared the moment he came in contact with you. Then, you realized you were someplace else, completely away from the alleyway and nowhere near where Marvin was.

And very alone with Anti.

He wouldn't hurt a cat, would he? He's not that cruel, right?

Why don't you decide for yourself? ;)
