A/N: Here's random thing I wrote bc of the new Marvin video. It's not the best, but i like some parts in it.
Marvin jerked his arm to his chest, losing contact of the crystal ball. The visions vanished immediately, like snow under the sun. He could still hear the whispers, screams and taunts in his head. And with it all came the horrible sights of Anti. The horrible sights... of Marvin himself. Though it had not happened yet. The shrieking within fire, the stoic phoenix which stood above the flames... it was in Marvin's future.
He touched the dark crystal once more, and flesh made contact with something that was a little less than life and a little more than death. He heard it like it was next to him. "Did'ja like the gift I sent ya?" The voice of Anti spoke. All Marvin could see was him, on the other side of the crystal. The glee-filled maniac which stood between life and death, his pallid skin like that of a fresh corpse and his eyes which held more life than anyone in a situation like this would.
Marvin closed his eyes until Anti was the only thing in his sight. "What does it mean?" He was demanding answers. It was out of fear of what he might turn into.
Anti giggled, hair falling into his face as his body shook. "Why should I spoil the fun for you? It'd be much more interesting for you to figure it out yourself." He flapped his hands about, eyes gleaming mischievously. He loved this, seeing Marvin confused. He didn't even try to hide it.
"Okay, then how? How did you do it? Looking into the future... it's impossible for something like you."
Anti laughed. The shrieking, glitching noise only further angered the magician. But, being angry wasn't the smart move to take. He would never be able to get answers out of him. Anti wasn't the type to give answers. He liked fun, and making Marvin work was exactly his type of entertainment.
He could play along. "Okay, Anti. I'll do it. I figure it out." And he would not stop until he learned Anti's overarching motive — until Anti's face was filled with fear at the realization that Marvin figured him out. Anti may have loved seeing people try to understand him, but Marvin loved puzzles, and Anti was a puzzle that the magician felt the inescapable need to solve. He would just have to enjoy it more than Anti.
