premise: Jackie's fight with Anti results in the glitch showing off a new power of his.
characters: Jackieboy, Anti
warnings: blood, violenceA thwacking noise rang out, and a body hit the concrete. Jackie clenched and unclenched his fist, aching from the impact of the punch. The pain was the least of his problems. Anger flowed through him, although that punch helped to relieve some of the rage.
Anti laid disoriented for a moment before a smug look crossed his face. "Is that all you—" he cut himself off, before sticking a hand in his mouth and ripping out a bloody tooth. He discarded it and started to get up. "Got anymore, Hero?"
Jackie wouldn't let Anti rise to his level, so he grabbed his taser gun from his belt and pointed it toward Anti. There was a moment of hesitation. His morals wouldn't let him kick someone who was already down. But, this was Anti, and Jackie was willing to throw all his morals out of the window for him. So, he pulled the trigger.
The probes hit Anti. He made an involuntary noise and his red and green aura shot out as an explosion of colours that blinded the hero. Five seconds passed, the taser automatically stopped, and Jackie was treated to new, unfamiliar surroundings.
Cars and empty parking spaces surrounded him. He was standing near the edge of a parkade, a few stories up—a completely different scene than the alleyway he had been in only a moment ago. Fortunately, Anti still laid beside him. Jackie, in his cloud of confusion, grabbed Anti by the collar. "Where are we? Tell me." If Jackie knew the taser would affect Anti like that, he would never have used it.
Blood ran down the corner of Anti's mouth, which formed a smile that made Jackie wanted to punch him in the face a second time. "Wrong question, Mr. Hero."
"What the fuck do you mean?"
"Oh, I don't want to spoil it for you. But, I'll just say this: I wanted you all in one place, but I couldn't risk any one of you escaping from me. Then I realized, there's one other thing I have that you don't."
"Tell me what it is, Anti."
"All the time I could ask for." He grinned, teeth showing (well, most of them). His eyes eyes lit a neon green and his aura flashed again. He disappeared supernaturally, leaving the hero alone in the parkade. He examined his surroundings once again. Everything looked normal, except one thing was bugging him. The sun was rising in the East, and he found Anti well into the afternoon.
