"Listen to me. Momo thought you two had broken up."
Denki pulled his wrist away and said quietly "get out of my room..."
Todoroki couldn't see denki face so he turned him round....he was crying... denki had already realised he was wrong.

Todoroki picked the smaller up and kissed him
The blond kissed back wrapping his legs around todorokis waist and placing a hand on his cheek
They continued this kiss before denki pulled away to breath
