six months later

I groaned and rolled over as there was a persistent knocking at the door. I yawned as I sat up every muscle aching. I had a bandage wound around my Stomach as well as around my Bicep and bruises marred my arms and Chest, I had been hunting a rogue with Daniel yesterday he was a violent tough fucker. He had fled out of Darius' territory I wanted so bad to chase him but had to remember I wasn't a rogue no matter how much it might seem like it. I had received more mercy than Even I could believe was possible, so I had to be one of the pack or behave like it anyway. I was here to protect my mate , my daughter and my pack but being here though it was different I was still myself I was one of the pack. The knocking continued and I pushed myself up pulling on a T-Shirt and pair of boxers. I yawned as I padded through the small house towards the door, the house was empty I suppose Daniel was out with Lizzie. I pulled open the door yawning.

"I'm sorry did I wake you ?" A playful voice said , I just gaped.

"Jessie?" she smiled,

"last time I checked." nothing else was needed I grabbed her roughly and pulled her into me crushing our lips together. Jess smiled pressing her body in tightly to mine, I lifted her into the air and pulled her into the house pinning her up against the wall.

"what are you doing here?" I asked pulling our lips apart I stroked her cheek gently keeping Jessie held up with one hand. She smiled,

"I behaved myself my confinements over."

"behaved yourself." I purred, "that doesn't sound like my Jessie." she just smiled and I couldn't help but kiss her, just seeing her I felt a deep yearning I couldn't fight. I clumsily slammed the door closed as I kissed her roughly. Jessie gripped my hair tightly I backed up intending on heading upstairs but instead decided that was too far and the two of us tumbled onto the sofa as I began clumsily tugging up her T-Shirt.

I purred lazily as I stroked Jessie's back gently, she smiled at me sleepily.

"You are so beautiful." I whispered, "I've missed you." she smiled and snuggled down into me."Where's Luna "

"She's with granddad,"

"Darius." Jessie nodded, " and you thought I had him wrapped around my little finger."

"do you have any more pictures?" she smiled and pushed herself up I growled lightly at the sight of her naked body. Jessie leaned over and picked up her jeans pulling her phone out of her pocket. she opened the gallery and passed the phone to me. I smiled as I flicked through the pictures of my beautiful little girl. I had seen pictures before of course Jess sent me videos and pictures regularly but I had only seen her that once when she was born , she was so beautiful I wanted to hold her so much. I got to a picture of Carl holding her, Luna smiling up at her uncle and I growled under my breath and passed the phone back to Jessie.

"I'd like to bring her to see you." she said gently,

"you know Darius won't allow that."

"I seem to have paid my penance now. Well enough that Darius can let me off without loosing face and Carl's pretty much earned his pardon too. and anyway " her voice went soft, so sexy I could feel myself grow hard in response. "I've been promoted."

"promoted."

"Darius has lost his mind."She said brightly I felt a slight twisting in my gut that I recognized as jealousy.

"He's going to make you the Alpha," Jessie looked nervous,

"Yeah apparently."

"So your his second in command." she gave a nod and I smiled, " I'm really proud of you." She smiled back,
