Yoongi POV

"I'm so nervous." Sun-Hi said as she fiddled with the edge of the long sleeves of her dress.

"Don't be, you'll do great." I assured her.

"Yeah, you'll be amazing! The fans will love you, I'm sure of it." Jimin had placed his hands on her shoulders and steered her towards the platforms underneath the stage.

When I had asked her to do some vocals with me I had never expected us to also perform the song together. But it was a great addition to the line-up for our muster in Japan. D2G had been getting more and more famous in Japan and our single was the most listened song here from my mixtape. It would only be right to perform it for the fans that loved it so much.

Sun-Hi, however, had never performed in front of a crowd this large unless it was an award show. This was a venue full of our fans and I could tell that made her nervous. She was worried the fans wouldn't like her, but I knew they did. Anyone that would get to know her would love her.

I grabbed her hand to stop it from fidgeting. "Ready?" I asked her.

She nodded. "Ready as I'll ever be."

We both held our thumbs up to the stage crew. The music started and the platform I stood up went up to the stage. Sun-Hi would join when the chorus started, to surprise the fans.

I did my verse, keeping close to the place where she would join me and as soon as the chorus started and she came into view the crowd went wild.

She looked as if she hadn't just told me she was nervous, she looked so at ease with the song and with the stage. She demanded the attention with her beautiful voice.

I knew I had to keep it to a minimum but I stared at her for a second or two, admiring how beautiful she looked. As soon as I started the next verse I snapped back to the performance.

The whole song I was eerily aware of her presence, of where she was on the stage. I tried not to look at her too much, but I wanted to so bad. I wanted to be in the crowd, to witness her performing my song. To just blatantly stare at her and not having to hold anything back.

The song ended way too fast for my feeling. The crowd went insane, further cementing the validation for me that they did indeed love her.

"Thank you so much." Her voice echoed through the venue before the lights went dark.

We were quickly ushered of the stage by the crew, they had to get ready for the next performance, which luckily was the vocal line so I could relax for a few minutes with Sun-Hi before I had to go back on stage.
