Sun-Hi POV
For the first time, I was smiling again. For the first time since my heart got broken and I couldn't go to my best friend to come help me pick up the pieces, because he was the one that ripped it apart in the first place.
"So, yeah, I just walked straight into a glass wall at the airport. The whole internet is laughing at me!" Jimin said.
I let out a giggle. "The pictures are absolutely priceless. I would have given anything to have witnessed that in real life." I said.
"I can't wait until people forget about this. My nose still hurts, Sun-Hi." He whined.
I liked having these conversations with Jimin. I was grateful for him for not just forgetting about me now that Yoongi had decided he didn't want to talk to me anymore. At least not everybody had let me down.
"But we'll be back in Seoul in a few hours. Do you feel like getting ice-cream or something? I'm sick of the guys, we've spend the last weeks in each other's faces, I could use some time away from them." Jimin said.
So far I had dismissed all of Jimin's requests to hang out together. I didn't want the press to see me with any more guys ever again. Especially not with another one from BTS, it could ruin my already not so stellar reputation. I was still portrayed as the gold digger, the girl who used a more famous idol to get to the top.
"I don't know, I don't think it's a good idea." I laid back down on my bed, staring at the ceiling with the phone on speaker on the pillow next to me.
"Ah come on. We just have to go incognito. It'll be fine. I think both you and I are in much need of some ice cream and some good company." He said.
It wouldn't hurt to hang out with him. Unless he wanted to talk about Yoongi because that was something I definitely didn't want to talk about. I had already talked to Jimin a lot about everything that had gone down and I was grateful for him to listen to me vent, but it was out of my system now. I didn't need to let Yoongi back in again.
"Ok, let's go get some ice cream when you're back." I finally gave in.
"Yay!" Jimin yelled into the phone, making me smile again.
A few hours later I was waiting outside of the ice cream parlor Jimin had given me the address of. I made sure to cover myself up completely, nobody was going to recognize me. Especially not with the oversized hoodie and baseball cap covering my hair and face.
"Yay, you're here!" I heard coming from behind me, the voice familiar.
I couldn't help but smile at seeing Jimin. I had been cooped up inside for weeks, so it was good to finally hang out with someone other than the girls.
