Ch.11 There's Only Room for One Favorite

"Why the hell are you always knocking everything over ?!", Nick yelled . "I just tripped! What's your problem?!", Stevie snarled . "Both of you cut it out!", Francis cut in. "And you! What are you doing up so early on set?", he asked Stevie . "I couldn't sleep, so I came here to think about some of my scenes .", Stevie lied once more . Francis and Nick both bought it , their demeanors easing up. "Alright .", Francis went to his trailer that was right near set to get some ideas written down. Nick stayed however watching Stevie push herself off of the ground . "The fact they picked a street rat to play Patty boggles my mind still.", Nick smirked , his voice filled with disdain. "Oh yeah? Look at you ; you kissed Coppola's ass so hard yet ya still couldn't get the lead."  Stevie simpered and smirked , her eyes blazing with fire as she stepped closer to Nick, right in front of him now. "What are you talking about?!", he growled at her . "I overheard you talkin' to your friend. How you tried out for the role of Dally in The Outsiders but your own godfather laughed at you.", she degraded . "Now look at you , playing the character that's jealous of Matt's. Boy isn't that not far from real life huh?", she laughed cockily, circling him how a Panther stalks their prey.
Nick, not able to take it, jabbed his elbow backwards, hitting her hard in the eye. Stevie grunted loudly before finding her bearings and punching his cheek hard with the hook maneuver. She then did a roundhouse kick , making him fall on the ground moaning in pain. She laughed while panting heavily before using her boot to slightly step on his neck , making him panic a little . Her face went near his . "Hit me again, and I'll finish this job.", her voice growled in her throat . She then let him go and strutted off to her trailer, knowing he wouldn't do a thing about it if he wanted to live .

Later on in the day, Matt was sitting out under the bridge with Mickey Rourke who played The Motorcycle Boy. Matt exhaled cigarette smoke before looking to the older actor . "Hey...do you think something's up with Stevie?", he asked . Mickey looked at him casually. "I don't think so...I think she's just a very rebellious young girl, caught in the wrong time period.". He answered simply. Matt furrowed his brows, not satisfied with the answer. "There's no way anyone normal acts as violent as she does.", Matt retorted. "But you do...I've seen you get just as aggressive as she does . She's just a teenager with a bad temper. I say just let her get used to the spotlight and you'll have nothing to worry about.", Mickey replied. Matt's eyes burned at the response, staring daggers as he nodded his head irritated. "Yeah...guess so.", he spoke coldly . Can't anyone see she's got something wrong about her? I love the broad but goddamn.... , he thought to himself . He ran a hand through his hair before going to film the scene of being hungover under the bridge , Mickey following behind.

Stevie was not doing well with the withdrawal, knowing her outburst with Nick was only the beginning. Is there something else that makes me act psycho? , she wondered to herself . She stared at herself in the bathroom mirror, her eyes glaring at herself. "Get it together Steve....they're gonna know something's up just calm down.", she spoke to herself. Her mind was racing everywhere as she tried to focus on calming down. She felt irritated and kept getting cold shakes out of nowhere at the moment. Out of frustration, she punched the wall, her eyes widening when she saw she had made a gaping hole in it. Panicking, she ran out of the bathroom and onto set, wiping the dust off her hand. Her face appeared collected in a matter of seconds as she approached Francis. "I was just in the bathroom.", she assured him. "Alright, you're just in time. We're gonna film you cussing out Rusty James for cheating .", he smirked , knowing she'd love this one. "Yay! I'll do good here I promise .", she grinned cockily seeing Nick walk over . "And then you have to be my girlfriend , remember?", Nick reminded her with an evil grin . "I'm sure she becomes a dyke after the experience a few years later.", Stevie replied cockily. Nick glared as she strutted off to where the camera crew called her to be. Francis chuckled as the teenager strutted off , knowing she was gonna cause a ruckus after this film was done .
