"Time to take a bath dear."
Saeko was about to go back and fix her paperwork when Silvia took her hand and said boldly without embarrassment.
"Let's go together."
Saeko wasn't even the least bit surprised when Silvia said that, after all, it was normal for a married couple to do such intimate acts.
What shocked her the most was that Silvia was slowly getting bolder as each day passes.
'It's only natural, I guess. The longer we spend time with one another, the closer we get' Thinking to herself, Saeko sighed and simply smiled.
"Fine, however, I still need to clean up my work. It'd be a disaster if I lost all my files." As if in a daze, Silvia could only nod as Saeko let go of her hands.
In truth, Silvia only said those words to see Saeko's cute flustered face. But she didn't expect Saeko to calmly accept and without a hint of redness showing on her face.
'Is she mad at me!? Or is it that she's getting used to me? Does that mean I can do more now? Or should I not? Why are women so hard to read!?' Silvia stood there with a blank face, completely opposite of her thoughts.

The bathroom was more like a mini bathhouse. It may not be as big as the bath in the main estate, it was certainly grand, especially for only two people.
Entering the 'bathroom', Silvia and Saeko stood in front of the lockers slowly taking off their clothes. Once both of them wrapped themselves in their towels, they headed for the bath.
Sitting down in front of one of the faucets, Saeko took to her towel and started filling up the wooden bucket with warm water.
Pouring water into herself, Saeko took the bar of soap and slowly started to scrub herself clean of dirt and grime. Not that she had any, of course.
Just beside Saeko, Silvia was doing the exact same thing, but with a much slower pace due to her sprained wrist.
Saeko couldn't help but glance over at Silvia's naked body. Even though she's seen it multiple times, she couldn't help but admire the physic of her lovely wife.
Her shoulders were wide, muscles clearly displayed all her training. She's what you'd call a handsome woman if you ignore her childish behaviors.
Looking over to Silvia's eyes, Saeko felt her heartache at the sight of the old wound she caused.
'If only I wasn't so stupid back then, then maybe Silvia would have. . .' She thought regrettably.
Saeko felt as if she's ruined a lot of things for Silvia, though society wasn't the same back then, people still held great importance to beauty and even a single scar could ruin a woman's entire career.
It was a dumb tradition, however, standards built over long periods of time don't simply just disappear due to one's disagreement.
Shaking those thoughts to the back of her head, Saeko continued rinsing herself as she prepared to go to the bath.
Unbeknownst to her, Silvia was also looking over to Saeko with a worried look.

Getting inside the bath, the two soaked themselves in the warmth of the water, relieving them of their fatigue.
Scented candles filled the air with their aroma, creating a lovely atmosphere of relaxation. But, what should have been a time of comfort, filled one with anxiety as she looked over to the other person beside her.
Saeko was staring down at the water, her head bowed down low with a tiny frown on her face. Silvia didn't look any better as she gazed at Saeko.
Exhaling, Silvia closed her eyes for a moment and said, "What are you thinking about, Saeko?"
Abruptly hearing Silvia's voice, Saeko swiftly erased her frown and replied calmly, "I was thinking about . . . school."
Seemingly unconvinced, Silvia moved closer to Saeko, placing the palm of her hand on her cheeks.
"Your thinking about the past again," Silvia said so with a tiny frown herself.
Saeko's eyes widened for a second, and without another beat, Silvia pulled Saeko closer and wrapped her arms around her shoulders for a hug.
Saeko willingly rested her head on Silvia's shoulders. Without exchanging words Saeko understood why Silvia acted such a way, 'She must've been looking at me the entire time.' Thinking such thoughts, brought a smile to her face.
"Silvia. . "
"This is an honor."
"Huh?"
Confused, Saeko moved back and met her eyes with Silvia's. She was smiling warmly as she held her in her arms.
"The scar on my left eye, this is my badge of honor from rescuing you, my wife." She showed her teeth, smiling her classic confident smile.
Saeko felt as if her worries were all for naught, a stupid thought only she was worrying about. She was so busy thinking about how bad she felt and what were the consequences, that she forgot that the person herself didn't mind it.
She felt incredibly warm inside.
Wiping her eyes, she leaned into Silvia's warm hug once again.
"What? Got sand in your eyes inside the bath?" Silvia joked.
"You and your snide remarks."
Placing a kiss on her forehead, Silvia smiled as she held Saeko in her arms. "Hehehe, It's nice hugging you like this." She grinned dumbly like a lovesick fool.
Their bare skin touching each other under a warm bath was more than enough to send Silvia in cloud 9.
As she was enjoying her time cuddling her wife, all of a sudden there was a snap, Silvia suddenly felt a sting of pain coming from her shoulder.
"Ahh. . Saeko, W- what are you. ."
"*chu*"
". . Hn, what's gotten into you."
Taking advantage of Silvia's awkward position, Saeko took hold of Silvia's sprained wrist and stuck it to the corner with her own hand.
Leaving her shoulders with a *chu*, Saeko smiled happily at her partner's bruising neck.
Silvia was utterly confused and was sweating bullets as she stared into Saeko's eyes. 'Was that the snap I heard!? Did Saeko just snap!?' was the chaotic thought running through her mind.
"Hearing you laugh adorably, I can't just hold it in. . ." Before she could even process what Saeko said, Silvia was pinned down on the bath.
As a doctor, Saeko knew the pressure points of a person and could easily stop them from moving. But Silvia with unnatural strength along with the weightlessness of the water was unknown who truly won that fight.
