With the sudden meeting of Silvia's shy sister, Saeko had to be careful to not scare the little girl. After speaking for a little while, Saeko had finally got a hold of her name.

"Kotone is it, nice to meet you," Saeko smiled, patting the girl in the head. "We'll be family from now on."

Hearing Saeko's words, Kotone's eyes widened in surprise. "Really!? Onee-chan and me?" 

Jumping in Saeko's arms, Kotone was ecstatic with the news! Unknowingly, she had already gotten attached to the woman, and finding out that she was actually her new big sister was even more amazing!

"Does that mean your Silvia-oneechan?"

"Eh?" 

"Waa~h, Onee-chan is so pretty! I thought Onee-chan would look scarier but you're so pretty!" Kotone cheered as she ran around Saeko in admiration.

Saeko was in a tough spot, Kotone had already softened up to her only to think that she was Silvia. This misunderstanding wasn't particularly an issue for Saeko, but this could sour Kotone's opinion of her actual older sister. That wouldn't be good for obvious reasons.

"Ah, Kotone-chan. . ." Saeko spoke trying to calm her down 

"Yes, Silvia-oneechan!~" Kotone beamed as Saeko called her name.

Seeing this happy look on her face, Saeko felt extremely guilty for no reason.

"Listen, I'm not actually--"

"Kotone where are you!~"

Before Saeko could tell Kotone the truth, another voice had cut her off. Taking a small left turn, Rei found the two cheerfully interacting with one another. 

"There you are you small brat," Rei said as she opened her arms to Kotone.

"Mama!" Without a moment of hesitation, Kotone jumped to Rei's arms in joy.

"Mama! Mama! I was walking around the house and I got to meet Silvia-oneechan!" She said excitedly pointing to Saeko.

Lifting the small child, Rei looked around confused. Silvia wasn't anywhere to be seen. Looking left and right for any sign of the silver-haired mess, only to see Saeko standing there. It didn't take long for her to notice how Kotone was instead pointing at Saeko.

"You meant you met Saeko-oneechan, right Kotone?" Rei raised her eyebrows.

"Nnm-!" Kotone shook her head in disagreement, "Silvia-oneechan!" She corrected.

Hearing her answer, Rei, and Saeko met each other's eyes. Saeko could only offer a wryly smile at her mother-in-law. It really can't be helped now, children often went with their own thought process and would deny any other if they argued with it. It would take a while before they would accept and correct themselves.

They'd just have to slowly deal with it for now.

Sort of sensing the atmosphere, Kotone started to look worried and glance at Saeko and Rei.

"Di- did Kotone do something wrong?" She said with a crying voice.

And almost immediately, Saeko and Rei were in a panic.

"Ah no-! It's fine Kotone-chan!"

"You didn't do anything wrong, don't cry okay?"

Both of them scrabbled to ease the child and patted her head.

"sniff. . .I didn't?" Kotone asked while rubbing her eyes.

"No," Rei briefly said.

"It's fine, Saeko-oneechan is here, Kotone-chan," Saeko added, hinting a bit with her name.

Noticing that small intonation, Kotone frowned a bit and further hugged her stuffed toy.

"NO! SILVIA-oneechan!" She shouted.

"Eh, what about me?"

Almost by command, Silvia appeared behind the three with Kana in tow behind her, who just said Ara~ ara~

The sudden entrance of Silvia surprised the small child, with the tall stature, silver hair, a scar, and a bored look, let's just say the meeting wasn't a very favorable one. Kotone looked at her real sister with an empty shocked look, possibly petrified. Silvia too was stunned at the small kid. Both of them stared at one another for quite a while. . .

The school is doubling our work, they warned us ahead of time about 'commitment' and stress bullshit. Why? Because of good reasons and I actually agree with it, but I still hate it.
