The next morning Zelda was browsing through the library in the castle. This was one of her favourite places to be. It was probably the biggest place in the whole castle. It had two floors of pure books, wherever you look it was just books. In the center was the reading area with long benches and some tables. When Link walked in he was completely lost.

"Zel-" before he went to finish the guards at the doors shot him a glare. Right. He had to be formal.

"P-Princess?" At that Zelda just popped up in front of him, startling Link and making him jump. Zelda lightly chuckled.

"Come on." Zelda dragged him through. He hardly had time to even look at anything and take it all in. Zelda had taken him to the middle of the library, the reading area, where there was a stack of books.

"W-What is all of this?" Zelda picked up a book, it was pretty thick, and dropped it down on a clear table.

"I found something very interesting. It will most likely tell us what we need to know." Zelda motioned for him to come and sit with her while they read through. Zelda pointed to a place with vital information.

"Here it is." Link's eyes slowly started to widen as he read.

"So... I'm the ancient Hero? Or... At least, suspected to be?" Zelda only nodded at his statement.

"And this has been happening for years?"

"Yes." Zelda lightly chuckled at his astonishment.

"You did read it right?"

"W-Well yeah! It's just... Shocking." Zelda nodded again. As Link digested the words he just read, Zelda went on.

"Um, Link? I think I found the answer to that woman." Link looked at her and gave her his full attention.

"Apparently she is a sorcerous that has watched the ancient Hero, Princess and the Beast for years... And it sounds as though she picked a special liking towards you. Evil had consumed her body and her heart went black. Unfortunately the Hero was bound to another." Link looked at Zelda with a grin. When Zelda looked up at him she blushed to already see him staring.

"D-Does that mean...?"

"The Hero and the Princess have always fancied each other..." That made Zelda smiled after Link spoke his words. Link gently placed his lips to her cheek.

"It sounds like Cia is... Jealous." Link chuckled slightly.

"Never thought I would have people fighting for me." Zelda hit his arm gently.

"Ow!" Zelda gently laughed at him. Link nuzzled her cheek and kissed it over and over, causing Zelda to giggle.

"S-Stop! They'll see!" Link shook his head. Zelda decided to turn her head to catch his lips. They shared a passionate and rough kiss for a moment.

"I love you, you goof ball..." Zelda smiled.

"Aw, I love you, too..." Link chuckled. No one could break this bond. It happened so quickly but it was meant to be. It was a perfect match. They talked about the situation and soon Zelda grew worried.

"I just... I don't want anything happening to you, or Hyrule! What if there is something more?"

"How can there be more? Look..." Link pointed to a statement in the book about the Evil King Ganondorf.

"Right here it says that he sealed and fragments of him are locked away. There is no way there could be more to this other than a crazy woman has just gone mad." Zelda lightly sighed.

"I know, and you're right, I just have a bad feeling about everything..." Link put his arms around her and held her.

"How about I stay with you tonight, okay? Maybe that will help with your nerves."

"I would love that actually..." Zelda looked at him and smiled. Even if Link was staying with her, her thoughts would not stop. Zelda could see visions, but they weren't very clear so she pushed them away.

They were finally back in her room and Zelda was now in her nightgown. Link just removed his tunic and any other heavy armour. Zelda sat in her bed as Link stayed at the edge.

"Everything will be okay, Zel, just lay down, I'm here." Zelda nodded and rested her head on her pillow.

"I won't sleep until you do." Link grinned, he smiled more once he heard her chuckle.

"No need for drastic measures, really. I'll be okay..." Link sighed, he knew she was stressed out and he wanted to do more for her.

"Zel... I always want to protect you, loosing a little sleep won't hurt me. I want to make sure that you are alright. No more stress. We will save Hyrule okay?"

"O-Okay..." Zelda reached out and grabbed his hand, holding it tight.

"Thank you, Link..."
