This rant is random. Nothing recently happened to provoke it. But whatevs.
Every time I show people fuzzets without mentioning their name, people assume they're lizards... LIZARDS? Where did lizards come from? The original fuzzet (picture attached) was a doodle that was supposed to be a stylized Ferret... It kinda became its own unrelated thing, but its body shape is based on a ferret. But I understand the colors could confuse people... EXCEPT LIZARDS DON'T HAVE EARS! Not only that, I usually draw them with ruffled fur on their back and legs... To me, they are CLEARLY mammals... Yet everyone I show them to assumes they are reptiles... I wish there was a way I could fix that... I don't want them seen as lizards...
Sorry if you thought they were lizards, it's okay, I'm not offended. It's just that too many people see them as lizards and that's not how they are... I felt like ranting.
