Miley's POV

The kids are at school while Liam went to visit his family now that he's back. I was in the studio, then saw my parents and was now on my way to Noah's. I wanna know how she's doing. I get to her house and knock on the door. She opened the door and I was greeted by her with a big hug.

"Oh my god, Miley! Come in come in." I walked into the house and she hugged me again. "I missed you!"

"I missed you too." We walked to the couch and sat down.

"So when is Liam coming back? I know the kids are missing him like crazy. You too, especially you."

"Actually uh, he came home a couple days ago." I answer, making Noah smile.

"Really? That's awesome."

"Yeah, the kids were so excited when they saw him. I was too, I didn't even know he was coming back til I saw him walk in the door."

"Why didn't you call me with the good news? Or text me at least?" She replies, I smile in response.

"We uh- we were...we were a little busy." Noah smirks and chuckles. "What?"

"How many times have you had sex since he got back?" My face goes red in reaction, making Noah laugh.

"You don't need to know."

"Oh my god have you even stopped? So is that your new hobby you two do together? What if you eventually want another kid? He's gonna run out of-" Noah jokes.

"Noah Lindsay!"

"I know I know, it's impossible for him to just run out. I'm just teasing you."

"I know Noah. Can we not talk about my sex life?" Noah nods and I exhale. "Good. Now I wanna know how you've been doing. How are the babies?"

"I'm only seventeen weeks but I'm already tired. I forgot how much work being pregnant is. I mean it's a lot of work, especially with twins."

"I know it is. How's Ethan holding up?" I reply.

"He's gotten better. He isn't freaking out as much. He's still freaking out, but not as much. I'm freaking out too..."

"I'm sure you're freaking out, I was too. I totally understand. Thankfully you have Ethan with you twenty-four seven. I bet Logan is so excited."

"He is, we all are."

"Wait, are you gonna find out the genders? Or be surprised?"

"Well we wanted to be surprised at first, but then we got thinking. We have to pick four names. First and middle for both of them. So we realized we'd have to pick eight names. In case it's two boys or two girls. So we decided we wanna know what we're having, that way we don't have to think of too many names." She answers.

"Did you find out yet? You're seventeen weeks, you should be far along enough."

"My appointment was a couple days ago. She said the babies weren't in a good position to see...and they're smaller than they should be."

"Don't worry Noah, I'm sure everything is fine. Twins are usually smaller because they have to share the womb."

"That's not it though. They're smaller than what twins normally are, not a singleton. They're small..."
