"Okay fine, fine I'll let it go. I'll just forget about having another baby. You wanna make music and tour, you can't run around and dance on stage when you're pregnant. So fine, I guess we're done with this conversation."
"I guess we are. Wanna drop any more big news while you're at it?" I reply and he nods.
"Yeah, yeah I do."
"Then what? What is it? It can't be anything worse than "I want another baby".
"I slept with someone."
I just sat there. I don't know what to do, I don't know what to say. He just told me he cheated, with the calmest face I could ever see from someone giving that kind of news.
"Y- you s- ch- you s- slept with- with someone- else?!" I could barely talk, I was in shock.
"Miley-"
"Don't you "Miley" me, are you fucking kidding me?! We agreed we'd never cheat again! Even if we got drunk, we wouldn't ever do it again! My last time was my last time. I'm not gonna sleep with anyone anymore, you shouldn't either! Who was it?"
"I don't wanna get into that."
"What the fuck did you expect Liam? Did you expect for me to not ask who? To just forget about it ever happening? To not care?!"
"No, of course not! I knew you'd care, and I'm not expecting you to forget about it. But I really don't wanna get into it about who it was." He replies.
"It was someone from the movie wasn't it? Someone you worked with?"
"Miley, I really don't want to discuss that. It'll just upset you more."
"Ya know what wouldn't upset me? You not fucking other women!"
"It was one time!"
"One time too many!" I exclaim. "How the fuck can I just go away on tour now? How do I know you won't do it again?!"
"I won't!"
"Yeah, I've heard that before." I scoff.
"I won't! But if you don't trust me I guess you'll have to stay home."
"Oh no, no no no no. I'm going on tour, whether you like it or not. You can't just trap me like that. But if you can't manage to not have sex- or cheat in any way- while I'm on tour...I'm leaving you."
"No you won't."
"I'm done being cheated on, Liam. I can't handle it anymore. This is your last chance...fuck up while I'm gone, and I'll be gone permanently."
"Miley it won't happen again."
"That's what you said last time. That's what we both said. At least I can keep my promises."
