Kade POV:
Today was the first day back to class for the girls. I was a nervous fucking wreck and couldn't sit still. I had been pacing in Ryder's living room for God knows how long. I wanted to know what the hell was going on.
"I swear to God, I'm gonna hang that sorry sack of shit by his dick and beat him with a ball bat." I told Ryder.
I stopped pacing and turned to him.
"Has Lana said anything about Sarah?" I asked. "Just like I told you five minutes ago, no. She's in class, or avoiding Cole one." Ryder replied.
I looked at him confused. What?
"Why would she be avoiding Cole?" I asked.
"She caught him cheating on her a few days back." Ryder replied, causing me to huff under my breath.
"Fuckers. Those girls need better taste in men." I said, hearing a soft laugh come from Ryder. "No kidding." He replied.
"Man, this fucking sucks. I thought I wanted to get rid of this fuck head before, now I just want to bury him alive." I said.
"Can I ask you something?" Ryder asked. "Yeah." I replied. "Why didn't you tell her? I mean that you have feelings for her?" Ryder asked.
I smirked before answering. "The same reason you haven't told Lana. I'm a pussy." I told him.
Ryder rolled his eyes at me and I could tell his cheeks were a little pink.
"And you thought my feelings were obvious? Dude, you fell in love with Lan the moment you met her." I told him. "Shut up, man." He muttered.
Sarah POV:
"What if they come up to us?" I asked. "Adam won't do anything here, okay? I'm right here with you." She replied.
I did feel safer with Lana around.
Adam and Cole had approached us this morning but that was the only encounter Lana and I had with them. I still couldn't help but glance over my shoulder once in a while out of habit.
"It's good. Started off a little rocky but there hasn't been any sign of Adam since this morning." I looked over and noticed Lana was on the phone.
"Nah. I stayed close.. Yeah she's here.. Kade wants to talk." She told me as she laughed.
"Hello?" "Hey, are you okay?" Kade asked. "I'm okay." I replied. "Has Adam bothered you?" He asked me. "I saw him this morning but that's all." I told him. "Are you sure you're alright?" He asked me. "I'm sure." "Okay, I'll see you after class, okay?" Kade said. "Okay." "Bye, sweetheart." He said. "Bye." I said and handed the phone back to Lana.
