Chapter Eleven

Kade POV:

A few days later, things were almost back to normal. Adam had finally stopped harassing Sarah but Cole had been getting aggressive toward Lana. She said every time he saw her he would give her these looks that actually scared her and that girl didn't scare easy.

Ryder, Lana, Sarah and I were eating dinner when there was a knock on the door.

Not long after, I heard arguing coming from Lana, Ryder and someone else. I got up to check on them.

"What the hell is going on?" I asked.

That was when I noticed Cole in the door way.

"What the fuck are you doing here?" I asked, angrily.

"I came to see my girlfriend. I didn't expect her to be shacking up with the two of you." Cole growled.

This mother fucker over here. What a fucking dumb ass. I mean, really?

"I'm not shacking up with anyone, Cole. You need to leave." Lana said as calmly as she could. "Not until we talk!" He yelled.

He thinks he can yell at my friend like that? Man, I was ready to fuck him up.

Suddenly, Ryder pushed her out of the way. I caught her before she could fall as Cole and Ryder fought.

"Ryder! Ryder please!" Lana shouted as she tried to get out of my grip.

Ryder then grabbed Cole by his collar and shoved him out the door.

"Are you okay?" He asked Lana. "I'm okay. Are you?" She asked. "I'm good." He replied and smiled at her.

"Can we please eat now?" I asked and took my seat next to Sarah.

Sarah POV:

The following day, Lana and I sat with dad.

"How ya feelin' old man?" I asked. "Well, I'm not hurting 24/7 so that's something." He replied. "Got you on the good shit?" Lana asked and laughed.

"So I've heard you girls are spending a lot of time with Kade and Ryder." Dad said.

You have no idea old man.

"Damn good body guards. Ryder beat the hell out of Cole yesterday." I said.

"You saw Cole?" Dad asked. "He came by the apartment while we were having dinner." Lana replied. "Are you okay?" He asked her. "I'm fine, dad. It was taken care of." Lana said.

"If you say so." Dad replied.

Kade POV:

"Have you told Sarah yet?" Ryder asked me as we sat on his balcony.

Oh I've done more than that, brother. I wanted to gloat to him so bad but I had to respect Sarah's wishes and wait until she was ready.

"Have you told Lana?" I replied, irritating him slightly.

"For a man that doesn't scare easy, I'm a fucking pussy when it comes to Lan. I've never been too afraid to talk to a woman, but Lana scares the shit out of me." He told me. "Why?" I asked. "What if she doesn't feel the same, I guess?" He said. "We are in the same frame of mind then, brother." I told him.

I honestly was afraid that Sarah would reject me at first. I had been in love with her since I was a teenager.

Sarah POV:

Kade: I can't wait to get you out of those clothes again.

What would you do?

Kade: I might try tying you up next time. I've always wanted to try that.

You're bad.

Kade: You have no idea how bad I can be, pretty girl.

The last message made me laugh.

"What's so funny?" Lana asked. "I'm talking to Kade." I said. "Let me see!" Lana said, reaching for my phone. I jerked it away from her before she could get her hands on it. Nosey bitch.

She crossed her arms and pouted like a damn five year old.

"Why not?" She asked. I frowned and shook my head.

A sly smile came across her face.

"Is it nasty?" She asked. "No, Lana! Gross!" I yelled. "Bitch, please. You ain't no saint." She replied.

I shook my head again at her.

I went back to texting Kade when this time, Lana laughed.

"What's up?" I asked. "Ryder." She replied. "Is it nasty?" I mocked. "Fuck off." She said and laughed.
