Chapter Thirteen

Sarah POV:

Soft moans left my lips as I dug my nails into Kade's back.

"Don't wake Lana, babe." Kade said as he breathed heavily.

He then wrapped one arm around my waist and flipped us over.

I sat up and started to move quickly. I was desperate to climax before Lana woke up.

Just then I heard a gasp coming from the bedroom door.

Damn it! I didn't expect her to be up this early.

"Lana, what the fuck!" I yelled.

"I'm sorry!" She replied and rushed out the door.

I'm so embarrassed. My sister just caught me having sex!

Kade laughed as he put his clothes back on.

"That's not funny!" I growled. "Come on, it's a little funny." He replied. "Whatever." I said and rolled my eyes.

"Don't you know how to knock?" I asked Lana as I pulled my hair back into a bun.

Lana shrugged as she cooked our breakfast. "Lock the door." She replied.

Bitch.

"I have to get to your father. We have a shipment coming in that needs to be unloaded." Kade said giving me a light kiss. "Bye, baby." He said before leaving.

"When did that happen?" Lana asked. "A couple of weeks back. I didn't want to say anything yet because we just started seeing each other." I told her. "You really like him, huh?" She asked. "I'm falling in love with him." I whispered.

The fact that I was falling in love with Kade scared me. I knew he would never hurt me but there was still that small shred of doubt in the back of my mind that he could turn into Adam.

"There's nothing wrong with that." Lana told me. "He's a biker." I said. "You know, technically so are we." She said.

She had a point but I didn't want to express my fears out loud to her. I feel weak for still being afraid. I felt like a bad person for worrying that Kade could ever put a hand on me. We grew up together for God sake. I know him better than anyone.

"He's better than that, you know? He would never hit you." Lana told me.

It was like she could read my mind. I hated it when she got into my head like that.

"I know." I replied.

Could you really blame me though. Being in an abusive relationship, you'll have trust issues with men.

"Gonna tell he old man?" Lana asked. "He wants to but I'm afraid. He said to get it over with because dad will be more upset if we wait." I replied. "Well, he's right." Lana pointed out.

I then remembered what I had seen days earlier and smiled.

"I saw Ryder kiss you the other day." I told her. "Oh?" She asked, a little embarrassed. "You love him, right?" I asked. "I've been in love with him since I was 14." She replied.

"Then do something about it. Lana, Kade has made me so happy for the last couple of weeks. Happier than I ever was with Adam in the two years we were together. Be happy, Lan." I said before cleaning my dish and going to my room to get ready for class.

Kade POV: 

I leaned against my bike as Ryder and I waited for Samuel and the others to arrive at the ware house to unload our shipment that just came in.

"Yo, what's up with you?" He asked.

I had been so fucking happy for the last few weeks that I'm surprised Ryder hadn't asked me before now. I had this goofy smile on my face all the time. Hell, sometimes I couldn't sit still.

"Wait.." He said, getting a closer look.

"You got laid, you dog!" He said.

"Shut up! I don't need Samuel hearing this!" I told him.

Samuel would be here any minute and the last thing I needed was for him to hear us talk about Sarah and I.

"Why? What's the.. You slept with Sarah. Your balls finally drop, brother?" He asked.

"You boys ready?" Samuel asked when he pulled in.

"Ready." Ryder replied.

Sarah POV: 

I had invited Kade and Ryder over that night for dinner. Honestly it was so Lana could tell Ryder how she really felt about him.

"I'm getting the hot tub set up! They boys will be here tonight." I called out to her from the back porch.

Later when the guys showed up for dinner, I set up the blue tooth speaker and joined the group in the hot tub. I leaned into Kade as he wrapped his arm around my shoulder.

"How'd the job go?" Lana asked. "Easy peasy." Kade replied.

"You good?" Ryder asked Lana.

She looked nervous. I had to give her a push.

"Kade, will you help me grab something to eat for us?" I asked him. He nodded and helped me step out of the hot tub.

Kade POV:

As I was helping Sarah get the food ready, I saw Lana rush in from the back door with Ryder right behind her. "Lana, wait." I heard him say as he tried to catch up to her.

"What's up with them?" I asked. "It looks like my plan back fired." Sarah replied. "What?" I asked, confused. "Nothing." She said with a sigh.

I decided to go check on them.

"Hey, guys. What's.." My eyes widened when I saw the scene in front of me. My friends were in bed fucking naked.

I whistled loudly and laughed at the looks on their faces.

"About time, brother!" I said, laughing hysterically.

"Get out!" Ryder yelled at me.

I walked out of the room, still laughing.

"Whatever you planned worked, baby. Fuckers were in there half naked." I told her.

Sarah's hand flew to her mouth, trying to hide her grin.

Lana and Ryder walked out of the bedroom a few moments later. I actually felt a little bad, now that I think about it. Poor bastard had been trying to get laid for so long and my nosey ass had to ruin it.

"Hungry?" Sarah asked her. "Sure." She muttered.

"I guess we're even." Sarah said and smirked at her sister. "Ugh!" Lana cried out.
