I can't believe it. I actually can't believe it. This is not fair, I just got Zoe back, she was gonna stay with me and she was gonna be safe. I was gonna protect her, I promised her I would protect her, but how am I supposed to protect her if I'm not with her. This is so not fair. What if something happens, oh it will be my entire fault. My entire fault.

The car drive to the school goes painfully slow, it is nothing but silence in the car. I am to angry to say anything, just in case I blurt out something I shouldn't. I know I shouldn't be angry and that I should be happy for Zoe but what if something happens to her while I'm gone, I can't let that happen. But I have to remember what Uncle Scott said last night.
//FLASHBACK//
"How are you Jonny?" Uncle Scott asks me.
"I'm great Uncle Scott, everything is just going so well. Zoe's safe now," I say.
"Are you only happy that she's safe Jonny?"
"Well, there's another reason too," I say.
"What is it?"
"I like Zoe, a lot and I'm just really happy that she's with us and now we can keep her safe," I say.
"Don't take this in a bad way Jonny, but I think it might be best if you keep that as a secret," he says.
"She might not be ready for anything like that, especially after all she's gone through, it will take her a while to trust anyone. And with her going off to this new school, it will be even harder for you, so I think it might just be best if you forget about those feelings for a while and just stick with the friendship," Anger boils inside me, how can he even say this. I care so much about Zoe and I would do anything for her.
"Why would her moving to the school make it harder?" I ask.
"Because it's an on campus school, so she will spend most of her time there. It's time to move on Jonny. Just try move on,"
//FLASHBACK ENDED//
We finally arrive at the school and we all get out of the car.
"The front office is just up this way," Uncle Scott says looking at a map.
"Where did you get the map from?" I ask grumpily.
"Their website had one," he says. We continue to walk, but it is in complete silence. We finally arrive to a big building and Uncle Scott walks up to a front desk.
"Hello, I'm Scott Quent and this Zoe Parker. We would like to register Zoe into the school, I called about it last night and you said to print out some forms off the website to fill out," he says.
"Ah yes, Miss Zoe Parker. We have your name down, do you have the forms?" the lady behind the desk asks.
"Yes, they are just here," Zoe says and hands the forms to the lady. She takes them a places them onto to the desk.
"Here is a pamphlet for the school, you won't need a uniform for the school it is just appropriate casual dress. The pamphlet also includes what time school starts, school festivals throughout the year and of course information on our competition for each category on best design," she says and hands the pamphlet to Zoe. "It also has a lot of other information also," The lady stands up and goes into a room, she then comes back out holding a box. "These will be your belongings for schoolwork. It has pencils, pens, erasers, books and a whole lot more,"
"But how can I pay for it? I don't have much money," Zoe says worried.
"Oh it's all been paid for Zoe," Uncle Scott says.
"By who?"
"Jonny and I, think of it as a gift, to start a new happy life," he says.
"Oh thank you so much," she says and hugs Uncle Scott then me. I hug her back ,never wanted to let go.
"You are required to be here at least 1 day before school starts, that way you can un-pack everything and get settled," the lady says.
Zoe, Uncle Scott and I walk out of the office and back to the car. We go back home and I spend the rest of the day lying around wishing Zoe could just stay in my arms forever and ever.
