(Hello again... so I'm a liar. I've recently reached 2K reads on Wattpad and over 4K on Quotev and I really wanted to say thank you! I don't know why but it feels like a big milestone to me. Soooo I wanted to give a new chapter, before Wednesday, as a thanks lol. Quite a few chapters are in the works already, [mostly because I have an idea I'm really excited to write about, but I have to get through quite a bit of plot first] so look forward to those! Then I will go back to trying to post on Wednesdays... probably. )
"Gah!"
A girl with twin buns was harshly shoved onto the floor by two guys blocking a doorway chuckling at the girl's weak looking form, above them was a sign reading '301'.
"If you can't even get pass us, what the hell makes you think you can pass the Chunin Exams?"
"Why don't you just go home and play with your dolls, little girl." the other continued.
"How about you move out of my way, and while you're at it remove genjutsu." muttering filled the room as team 7 stepped forward, led by Sasuke being his usual cocky self. "We could see through it easily, we're trying to get to the third floor."
Creating even more whispering throughout the room on what the hell this guy was talking about.
"Tell them Sakura, you were probably the first to notice."
"...I was?"
"I mean you do have the best analyst skills on the team. You probably saw this coming from a mile away " The sudden praise by the great Uchiha knocked the girl out of her depressed state right away. Going into her 'nerd mode' explaining to everyone that they all were currently on the second floor, not the third.
"Oh yeah well if you're so great let's see how you handle this!"
With that one of the door boys sent a kick towards Sasuke. Only for him to quickly send his own back. A green blur made its way between the two stopping the aggressor's foot in its place reaching to do the same with the other boys, only for it to be pulled away from his grasp.
"Ack." the ravenett reached up at his collar that was pulling him back. Looking behind him only to meet with unamused fiery eyes. The owner letting go with a sigh, letting him breathe once more.
"Jeez... do you guys usually stir the pot like this?" petite arms crossed over each other, while she shook her head in disappointment. "How annoying, now I'm starting to regret even coming."
The blond quickly wrapped his arms around the girls waist, completely ignoring everything she said.
"Nanno! I was so worried you weren't gonna show up! I wanted to stay and wait for you to show up, but Sasuke wouldn't let us!!" he whined, spinning the said girl in every direction.
Sasuke's eye twitched at the fact that the blond dumb ass just threw him under the bus.
"Of course I showed up! I'm obviously the strongest member, how would you guys ever pass without me?!" the girl exclaimed with a smirk hoping her bluff passed. In reality she was gonna ditch. But overhearing a jounin talking about a full team being needed to participate made her feel guilty. These three worked hard for this opportunity, if she was the one to take it away... she wouldn't be able to face them.
