Kids need rehabilitation. These kids are punks, meeting in locker rooms, back alleys, stealing money to buy coke. They need rehab.
At least, that's what they think.
But not all kids get to be rehabilitated. Some kids get dropped, because their insurance ran out.
But other kids... don't even make it out. Never make it out.
That's what happened to Kenneth Weckerle. Kenny. He'd been clean for a year. And those "rehabilitation doctors" killed him.
