grass underfoot
breeze within our lungs
sparrows and ravens singing to our ears
flowers dance
clouds saunter by
blue sky brilliant
sun envelops us in a warm hug
green leaves of a downtown birch
blue spruce wafting strong
soft smoke from an incense burner
black cherry
said to relax
fill our souls with sweet energy
breath in
breathe out
legs crossed
we feel grounded
again
breathe in
breathe out
black cherry incense
now black cherry ashes
store in a glass jar
mix gently with charmed moon water
bless this ink
this ink for sweet thoughts
for hopes and dreams
pack up our things
stand up
thank the spirits and the ancestors for their ears and supports and guidance
now the day can proceed
