Hold Up, Do I know you? one-shot story(Bridgette x Felix)

       Bridgette was walking on the sidewalk in Paris, France when she bumped into someone.

         "S-sorry, I d-did not s-see you there,"  She stutters.

         "Whoa, Miss, are you alright?"  Felix asks.  

          Felix thinks she looks familiar, but how?  He does not recall where he could have seen such a gorgeous girl as her before today. 

          "Yes, I am f-fine,"  Bridgette answers.

            She smiles at him, then starts to walk away from embarrassment. She can not believe she ran into her old crush from high school.   Talk about awkward, and why today of all days?

           "Hold Up, Do I know you?"  Felix asks.  He can not just let her leave.

        "Yes, but you probably d-do n-not remember, m-me,"  Bridgette answers.

        " Wait a second, you are Bridgette, Marinette's s  little sister!"  Felix states.

       "Yes, that is me,"  Bridgette says.

        "Wow, it is so great to see you again!"  Felix remarks.

         "Funny, from what I recall you did not pay attention to me in the past,"  She blurts out.

       "Well, that was because then I was a silly, foolish, boy,"  Felix says.

         

     "Felix, do not try to butter me up with your charms," Bridgette says.

    "Charms, wait are you Ladybug?"  Felix asks with his eye browns lifted in response.

   "Ha,  as if I were anything like her,"  Bridgette replies. She thinks I was her once, but not anymore.

     Bridgette's POV:
        My older sister, Marinette is Ladybug now.

         She thinks it is quite ironic how things turned out.

   Felix's  POV:
     My older brother, Adrien is  Chat Noir now.

     He recalls how years ago he was Chat and thinks it ironic how things turned out.

    "Bridgette, I  am sorry that I ignored you.  Honest,"  Felix says.

     "Why do I find that hard to believe?"  Bridgette asks. She rolls her eyes in response.

      "Oh, come on sis, forgive him already will you?"  Marinette blurts out.

     "Yes, get on with it," Adrien agrees.

     "How long have you two been standing there?"  Felix asks with annoyance at once.

   
  "Long enough to know that you are still steamed with him,"  Marinette answers.

   "Long enough to know you like her, and regret never noticing sooner," Adrien adds.

   

   "Sister, just mind your business!"  Bridgette says.

   "Yes, brother go somewhere with your girlfriend for life," Felix teases him.

     "It so happens Adrien and I are engaged,"  Marinette says.

    "Yes, so my girlfriend for life as you call her is my fiance now," Adrien says.  He laughs at the stunned expressions on Felix and Bridgette's faces.

       Adrien and Marinette walk away to leave Bridgette and Felix to figure things out for themselves.

      
    "I do not believe you,"  Bridgette shouts at Felix.

   "Why not?  I apologized,"  Felix says.

  "I know, but you can not expect that to be good enough," She says.

         Felix looks a bit down, so Bridgette laughs. 

         "Glad to see my humiliation by you makes you feel amused,"  He says.

   "Oh, my goodness, C-Chat?"  Bridgette asks.

      "Huh, I thought you said Ladybug was not you,"  Felix says.

        Bridgette grabs his collar, pulls him closer, and says, "Shh, no more talking, Felix my kitty."  Before he can respond, she leans in and presses her lips into his.

        Felix feels a blush appear on his cheek as he wraps his arms gently around her neck, and kisses her.   He feels like he is in cloud nine right now.  He knows now Bridgette forgives him, and that she is the ladybug he has loved for years.  He feels so stupid for not realizing it sooner.  

      He kisses her in return slowly, but with passion.  He knows now that he can never let her go again.   Not when he has come this far, not when he loves her and will never stop.

     "Bridgette, do not cry,"  Felix says when she pulls away and he sees tears in her eyes.

    "But I rejected you first, then you did the same to me,"  She says.

         "It is okay because we found our way back to each other,"  Felix says.

        
    Bridgette smiles at him and he smiles back at her.
      
    "Bridgette will you be my girlfriend?"  Felix asks.

    "Yes," She says. She thinks I thought he would never ask.

     
  Months later, Adrien and Marinette get married.   Felix is the best man, and Bridgette the maid of honor.  At the reception, Felix gets down on one knee with a ring box in hand.  He looks at his Bridgette and asks, "Bridgette Dupain-Cheng, my darling, and my princess, will you marry me?"
   
    Bridgette winks at him as she answers, "Yes, I will my Felix, sweetheart, and Chanton!"
