A/N: Happy May 4th! May the fourth be with you all! Hope you are all doing well in these difficult times! Now without further ado, here's Chapter 12. Hope you enjoy!

As soon as the three of them returned to the ship, Rasanna placed the child in his bed, which was a small compartment near the compartment where Din kept his weapons. Once the child was in his bed, Rasanna made her way up to the cockpit, where Din was. He was preparing to take off when Rasanna entered.

"The child's asleep in his bed." She mentioned.

Din turned his seat around to face her. He gave her a small nod. "Thank you."

She offered him a small smile. "You're welcome."

They then remained silent for a while. Finally, Din broke the silence. "So, is there anything else you want to tell me?"

"What would you like to know?" She inquired.

"What else can you do with your mind?" Din asked.

"Well, through the Force I can do several things. Not only can I lift things or speak to people in their minds, but I can connect with animals and prevent them from attacking me...like I did with the icewolves." Rasanna explained. "I can also push or pull things and people, which I did to the child and you to get you away from Rav Naaran."

"That was you?" He inquired, sounding baffled.

Rasanna wore a sheepish smile. "And I'm sorry for that. I didn't want anything bad to happen to you."

At her words, Din stood up from his seat before making his way towards her. He slowly placed a gloved hand on her cheek. He was hesitant on touching her, but as soon as Rasanna leaned into his touch, he relaxed.

"It's all right, Rasanna. Nothing bad will happen to any of us." Din assured her. "And if we do get separated, I know you can handle yourself. You're strong, Rasanna."

A smile appeared on Rasanna's face. She was flattered upon hearing his words. Rasanna knew that she was strong, but had it not been for the child, the corrupted icewolves would've mauled them.

"Thank you, Din. But I'm not as vigorous as the child, he's quite strong in the Force. There are some things he does that I haven't seen before." Rasanna explained. "Like him destroying that door inside the temple. I have never done anything of the sort. He's a rather special youngling."

Din nodded. "He is."

"So where we going next?" She questioned, changing the subject.

"Where should we go?" He responded.

"To Iktotch, there's a Jedi Temple over there." She mentioned.

"Then Iktotch it is." He confirmed.

And so the three of them went through several Jedi temples only to find them destroyed or abandoned. As they traveled to the temples, Rasanna taught the child more about the Force and how to control his connection with the Force. There were times when Din would stand by, watching them. He didn't always understand what Rasanna said when it came to the Force, but he loved to observe her and the child. Rasanna was like the child's mother. She was caring, always looking not after the child but Din as well. She was quite respectable, especially when it came to his Mandalorian way. Rasanna didn't want to push him away like that incident when she telepathically spoke to him. On their way to the temples, Rasanna spoke of her missions while she was a Jedi Shadow. There were also times in the late night when Rasanna and Din couldn't sleep, and she would share her memories that she had of her parents. Din would listen to her, taking in every word. He wanted to tell her about his parents, but he wasn't ready. Not yet, but one day he knew he would.
