"Leaving so soon" Gabrielle smirks.
"Actually I forgot my ring at home so we're just going to pick it up and we'll be right back" I smile hoping that Aspen will catch on.
"We'll only be a few minutes" Aspen smiles and Gabbie gives us a nasty look
"I think you'll be fine without a ring" she smiles rudely.
"It's very important" Aspen says quickly. I nod.
"Fine" Gabbie says.
"Say hey to your brother for me" she grabs Aspens arm and squeezes hard, I can tell, I grab Her arm off Aspens. She huffs and walks over to Chase. Aspen gazes back at Chase, wondering. Wondering if he'll ever stop hurting her I guess, they've always hurt her. I try to make them stop but Gabbies dad is the principal and think her friend group can do no wrong.
"Hey" i say to Aspen.
"Let's go" I add. She nods and we walk away.
