Divergent Her

Chapter 3

Tris POV:

After Training that day we all decided to get tattoos inspired by Al. I decided to get one and I got 3 ravens. One for each member of my family.  Before me and Christina got tattoos she gave me a makeover. I knew she wouldn't be able to make me pretty but she made me striking for sure. 

The next day when we show up for training I remember that we will be fighting today and then my stomach tenses. When I see the board no one is next my name I feel a little relived knowing I won't have to fight today. Through the fights today Al and Will go against each other. Al comes out victorious but feels guilty for knocking will unconscious. Four leaves to take Will to the infirmary. I feel a little relived to see him leave I don't know why. Is it because he and Lauren broke up? Or is it because yesterday he put my hand on my stomach and I felt a reaction?

Christina and Molly are the next ones to fight eventually Molly knock Christina to the ground. She doesn't go unconscious though and she asks for it to be over. I know something wrong when Eric doesn't yell at her. He takes us to the chasm and has Christina hang over it for 5 minutes to keep her spot at Dauntless. Now I do wish Four was here. If he was here this wouldn't be happening to Christina right now. Thank God she makes it.

I got to bed and tonight I have a restless sleep. 

Four POV:

Today we are fighting and I know I do not want Tris to fight I'm going to prevent it at least for today. After the first fight though I have to leave and take Will to the infirmary. It make me nervous to leave all of them with Eric alone especially her. Shes small and fragile. I need to think higher of her though.

I don't think I like her, but then again I have only known her for a couple of days and we barely talk and when we do it's about training. On top of that she is probably going to end up with Al.

The next day when  I come early to set up for training and it's his turn to pick who fights and my stomach drops when I see that Tris will be fighting Peter. All the initiates start coming in and Tris sees her name next to Peters. I hear Christina say "oh no, are they seriously going to make you fight him?" Then Al chimes in saying "Maybe you could just take a few hits and pretend to go unconscious." I know he is trying to be helpful but Tris needs to try. Al then says "No one would blame you". I would though if she didn't try. She responds "Yeah, maybe" While staring at her name on the board.

I sit through all the fights thinking is she going to try. Eventually Molly and Edwards fight ends and I realize it's Tris's turn to fight. 

They start fighting and she gets a hit or two in but it's no use Peter is stronger then her. I watch the whole fight and I want to leave, but I tell myself she's just another initiate and I need to watch her fight it doesn't effect me if she wins or loses and that's that.

Hey guys, I finally was able to make a shorter chapter but let me know if you want them longer or shorter. Also any ideas on what should happen feel free to comment them.
