We were in the vault and I was sitting down playing with my thumbs, Scott was discussing our next move, Stiles had Malia's head in his lap, and she was like dying or something.
I wasn't really helping with anything at all because I was in too much of a mood. Why? Because beauty and the beast, Malia being the beast, couldn't seem keep their hands off each other. Yes I know they're dating and she's like dying but can they try and tone it down when they're around me?
I'm not really being serious, well maybe a little, but can you blame me? He broke my heart. I'll give you a quick recap to help you understand better.
I've been best friends with Scott and Stiles since 8th grade. I was one of the first people to find out about Scott, other than Stiles. I started developing feelings for Stiles freshmen year. It started out as just a small crush that I thought would go away, but by sophomore year my feelings had grown so strong that it physically hurt to look at him as just a friend. I tried so hard to push my feelings away but I couldn't, I was in love with him. I couldn't tell him though because that would ruin our friendship and he had shown no signs of feeling the same considering his impractical infatuation with Lydia Martin.
It wasn't until this year, junior year, that I decided to tell him. I most likely wouldn't have if it wasn't for Lydia's strong convincing skills.
"You have to tell him." Lydia said after hearing me talk about how amazing Stiles is for the millionth time. "Wha- no I can't, it will ruin everything." "Y/N, Allison would've wanted you to." "Oh no you cannot use Allison as a way to make me tell him." "She could've been any of us Y/N. I mean what if it was Stiles? How would you have felt if he died and never knew how you truly felt about him?" I opened my mouth to say something but stopped knowing she was right. "Oh you're good." I said furrowing my eyes in annoyance. "Oh I know." She said smiling and looking off to the side as if she was claiming her victory in her head.
So after Lydia's little talk about 'telling them before it's too late', I tried to call Stiles but he didn't answer so I decided to just drive to the Stilinski residence.
During the drive I was mentally preparing myself for what I was about to do. I thought about turning around several times, but knew that if I did I wouldn't hear the end of it from Lydia.
