Nanuq's family's house is a traditional 2 family home.
Traditional Inuit cottages are very minimalist and very equal and symmetrical.
•no walls so for privacy people hang certins. •lamps for light and making smell nice •double beds for parents or grandparents. •no chairs or tables just mats, soft for sitting and leather\wood (modern days it's cardboard) mats for eating on. •small seller dug into the ground under storage loft for keeping food cold covered with a hach. •shoe mat to put shoes on beside a lamp to keep them warm and cuz no shoes in the house just house shoes. •people would keep most of their personal items inside or beside their beds and things like winter clothes and blankets along with other things in the storage spaces. •The firepit is used for cooking and heating
