"Tell me Goa," *chop "when are you planning," *slice "to tell Xelin about me!" China demands, furiously chopping the meat.

Goa put her hands out in front of her nervously, "I planned for you guys to meet in person first."

China raised his eyebrow at her, "And how long do you plan on waiting!" He looks at Goa with a disappointed look that Asian parents give their children "Ai yah, you know I don't get younger." China says as he points a ladle at Goa.

"But we are immortal, ja?" Goa points out, immediately China looks at her dramatically throwing his ladle onto the floor.

"What did you just say?!"

"I was stating facts."

"No! Listen to yourself Hancock! You're developing a European accent!!"

"Shen me?? You're not making any sense!"

"I don't make sense? You're the one who clearly forgot your roots!"

"And you are clearly too focused on them! There are specific countries in Europe you know, and of course I develop an accent. I only live with them after all."

"If you're talking about that German man who took you away from me, then I won't pray for you to have good luck anymore!"

"Don't talk about Ludwig like that! We both have a fair and stable relationship."

"Right after he left you in the first war and forced you back in your country." then China's eyes began to grow intense staring down at Goa, "Think about it Hancock! That man shut you out and took down any trades you had with other countries and locked you inside your country and he chased away anyone who can close," his eyes then teared up as he grabbed Goa's elbows tightly, "He colonized you, Hancock."

Goa looked down sadly knowing the truth beforehand for many years now, and surprisingly America was the one who broke the news to her after he 'rescued' her from the Nazis. "Of course I know that, what surprised me the most at that time was Xelin..." she admitted staring into China's eyes, then that's when her knees gave in as she slowly sunk to the ground taking China with her as tears began silently falling from her eyes, "I wasn't ready for the responsibility, it was so sudden and happened at the worst timing ever!" China began to rub away the tears that escaped down her cheeks "Ludwig didn't even know about him and had to hear it from Russia - Russia of all countries!" She cried as she began to sob rather uncontrollably.

China brought her to an embrace and began to rub circles on her back, "Unplanned does not mean unwanted or loved. It's because your country knew what you needed before you did." Despite not knowing much about Xelin himself, his grandson was so infamous that he felt like he already knew him from rumors and random discussions with the Allies.

Flashback~

"Papa!!" Goa yells, teary eyed into their humble home with tears in her eyes.

While cooking lunch China immediately stopped what he was doing and went to Goa immediately lifting her by the elbows gently into his arms.

"Now what happened Hancock? You tell me who hurt you." China spoke like a mother.

"There was this white pale kid hiding behind a tree and I think he keeps scaring me and he's been following me a lot." Then Goa started to cry again.

"Ai yah! No need to be scared Hancock," China says warmly to the small nation making her look up at him, then he pulls something from his pocket, "Here, Tiger balm is the answer to everything!"

Flashback end~

China pulls out the ointment from his pocket and hands it to Goa. "Here this will make you feel better."
