Goa stood at the entrance trying to ignore the obvious tension while Xelin seemed to hover around her effectively creating distance from them and the other countries.

Japan sweatdropped at him in response. "This is absolutely necessary uncle."

"Xelin you are provoking other countries!" Germany scolded to which Xelin ignored completely.

Once every country was sat down Germany stood up and introduced the new face in the room "Everyone meet Xelin, he is going to be coming to meetings from now on." then he continued while eyeing the unsuspecting country "He is going to 'participate', 'maintain peace' and not 'provoke' anyone" he air quoted.

Xelin nodded in understanding as he waited for Germany to sit down in order to make his introduction, standing up he spoke "Hello everyone it is my pleasure to be in most of your presences and hope that... um, stuff."

Germany announces, standing up "Now does anyone have any concerns about their country that they would like to share?" No one raised their hand. "Seriously?" he questioned before directing his glance at India "India if I recall your country has an epidemic-"

"That was solved all thanks to Goa."

"Oh okay." Germany directed his glance to America now but he was being threatened by Xelin with a bullet aimed at him, "Xelin!"

Xelin directed his attention to Germany and threw evidence of his gun behind him out the window, "Yes?"

"Any concerns you want to express?"

Xelin gave a thoughtful moment eyeing every country in the room before getting an idea "oh yes my main concern is the money that France owes Goa!" then his eyes scanned down on France and demanded, "Where's the money, Francy-pants?!"

"Oui! Money takes time."

"20 weeks is outrageous! You will pay Goa the money you owe her this moment before I take it personally!" Xelin threatened the wine-loving country.

"Should I leave? It doesn't good right now." Canada thought to hug his bear close.

"Who are you?" Kumajiro asked.

"I'm Canada."

"We should leave before things start to get heated," Iceland warned his brothers, "I don't like the look on his face."

The Dane replied, "Don't worry, Xelin won't attack us directly."

"Or will he." Sweden thought.

"Let's leave," Norway suggested, staring at the argument.

"What do you mean you're broke!?" Xelin questioned.

"I am telling the truth!" France rebuked.

"It iz true he spends most of his money hosting parties and having strikes." Germany defended the poor country, "And Xelin stop harassing France."

Xelin pouted "Fine." then his head turned to his uncle - North Korea. "Hey North, when do I get my money back?"

"Again with this," Germany grumbled.

North Korea gave his nephew a hard look "I already paid you back."

"Bullshit!" Xelin raged, just about ready to pounce on his uncle.

"How unfortunate" Japan commented.
