A tear streamed down Sophie's cheeks as Ava left her after a cold speech. Ava had always been sweet and nice too her. But suddenly, this! She started to sob with hurt. She didn't notice the kind, cute Kiko sit on Ava's vacant seat.
"Don't worry, Sophie. Ava's just jealous. She's usually nice. She likes Tedros, but Tedros clearly likes you." At those last words, Kiko giggled, kindly.
"R-really?" Sophie sniffled and looked up.
"Yes. Of course." Kiko comforted and hugged Sophie. Sophie smiled, tearfully.
"Thank, Kiko. You're so sweet to me." Sophie sobbed. Kiko smiled. Her eyes shone with kindness. Ava came sprinting to them.
"Guess what? Tedros just asked me to the Snow Ball." Ava sneered at Sophie.
Sophie's and Kiko's mouths fell open. How could be this possible? No way.
But Kiko suspected something. Why did Ava suddenly act like this? There was something wrong and she had to know what it was.
