So Peter felt his spider-sense tingling and he shrugged it off. There was nothing that could be dangerous, and maybe that was a mistake. But when had he ever had common sense? This was a knowledge that most of the people by now knew. Even some said he was too innocent for this world. Even after what he went through he stayed how he was and always seeing the good in people.

"You shouldn't be alone. Didn't your mother ever tell you that it was dangerous alone here in the forest? You never know who could be hidden in the shadows."

His head tilted now as he turned around to see a female with long raven-haired color hair. Ice blue eyes staring at him. And his spidey senses tingle just more. And he knew now that this person was dangerous and not to underestimate.

"Jokes on you I am an orphan so I don't have a mother anymore."

Or a father. He mused a bit at his thought process. His reply was as cheeky and the female looked at him now. There was something about her which made him be on edge and he was on high alert now.

"You remember me on someone who I don't like."

A smirk started to come on his lips. He just couldn't really help but try to test his boundaries with this female.

"Well, thank you. I hear that often."

He replied as cheekily and the female sneered now. But he wasn't really caring at this, because he knew that this person would attack him either way. But what he hadn't expected was when the female started to say something in a foreign language. He could understand this and make this worse he saw her have a golden color. This was not good and he knew Parker luck really loved to mess with him. Because he got hit and god was he not liking this one bit.

"Have fun with that present."

The female disappeared with this and he was confused. His body felt no different and he was pretty sure that this spell had done something. So he rushed back to Camelot brushing this off for now. As he went back inside he was met with Merlin folding his arms together. He looked sheepish at this and he knew that he would end up getting scolded.

"You shouldn't just go alone. Do you know how dangerous it can be? You could end up getting ambushed by bandits or magical creatures."

He profusely apologized and Merlin let out a sigh as accepting the apology. It was now that he was thinking about either telling his friend about the strange encounter or hiding it. Which he decided the second. It would just make Merlin worried and he wasn't wanting to make him worried.

"Oh, and you were right."

This made him beam as tackling his friend in a hug. This was good news and he was happy about it.

"Congrats. I knew it and told you."

Merlin chuckled and hugged him back. As the hug was left Merlin had an arm around him as they started to walk.

And he knows. He wasn't as obvious we thought he was. He was mad at us for not trusting us and he needed time to get his thoughts together. He felt betrayed, but he wouldn't reject us. Knowing that we both are born with it.

A sigh escaped as he was relieved about this. Now at least he had not to worry about getting burned on the stake for having magic.

And he will make magic legal as well as same-gendered couples.

This made his eyes widen and soon he beamed more. He was super happy about this and a bright grin was on his lips.

Oh and don't hide something from me. I know that something happens when you were in the forest.

He froze at this and let out a sigh. Of course, his brother figure would know that something happened. Merlin looked at him expectantly and he knew that he wouldn't get away from not telling him. Or telling him just half-truth. By now Merlin knew when he was hiding something. That was why he took the arm away and taking the other man's hand and dragging him towards his room. He had a room with Gwaine, which was big enough for the two. When he opened the door, he closed the door and a sigh escaped. At least Gwaine wasn't there yet.

"Alright, I wasn't wanting to tell you this outside. There could be people listening to our minds."

The thought alone made him feel uncomfortable. Merlin dragged him this time to his bed and they both sat down. There was a beat of silence until he started to tell what had happened in the forest. The expression soon changed. Merlin started to pale and was looking at him in pure horror and concern. This meant nothing good as his brother figure never reacts like this.

"Do you remember the spell?"

His brows furrowed at this and he shook his head. Sadly he couldn't remember what spell was used.

"Shit. Do you feel any different?"

Once again he shook his head and he saw the fear in his eyes. Did Merlin know this female?

"Do you know this person?"Merlin bit his lips and he could hear him let out a shuddered breath.

This was the first time he saw a reaction like this. And it made him unnerved and anxious.

"Yes..."

Merlin said, but not saying a name or an explanation. Peter waited and Merlin started to explain who this female was and why his reaction was like this. And no it made sense now to him and a shudder went through his body. What spell was used? This question was constantly on his mind."

I will stay over today. I just have to be sure that nothing bad happens to you. You don't remember what words were used for the spell.

"He swallowed and nodded. This made him really anxious. The door suddenly opened which made him jump up and a startled yelp escaped. This led to Merlin yelp as well and both turned their head simultaneously.

"Sorry, that I scared you two. Did something happen?"

Of course, Gwaine instantly realized something was wrong and he nodded, but couldn't get something out. Merlin, on the other hand, started to explain a shorter version of what had happened. Gwaine's expression was the same as Merlin and he walked up and sat right next to him and put an arm around him and pulling him into a side hug.

"We should tell Arthur. He really needs to know that Morgana was near Camelot. Who knows what she is planning."

He leaned into the touch and feeling his body slowly relax. But he really was wondering what spell she used.

"I agree. Can you watch over him? I have to get to Arthur anyway."

Gwaine nodded and Merlin left. They were alone and he felt off. Like something wasn't right. His Spider senses buzzed now slightly, but that was all. Nothing too major and that was why he shrugged it off. In the end, Merlin stayed over. He and Merlin shared the same bed. He kind of enjoyed the feeling of someone near him.

And he found the presence of his brotherly figure comfortable. Never when he was sharing a bed, had he nightmares. And when he had he ended up going over to Gwaine and they shared the bed. And he was really grateful for the two. Sometimes he just needed human contact and these two weren't minding this either. So it was a win-win for both of the other two people.
