~Alice's P.O.V~
The weekend was over -unfortunately-, and it was Monday. I got up and got ready, and was surprised to see Chris sitting in the living room, trying to find something good to watch on the television, I reached for his shoulder.
"What are you doing here?"
"Oh, god! You scared me!" He put his hand on his chest wich was raising up and down quickly, "And I live here. By the way, I've seen you around here, do I know you?"
"Shut up, I'm not kidding, you usually take much longer to finish getting ready."
"I know, it's just..." He was trying to find what to say, "I couldn't sleep."
"What? Why? Are you okay? You feeling sick?" I asked worried.
"No, no, I'm okay, I was just studying." He rubbed his, wich had bags underneath them.
Chris might not look like a guy who studies, and puts all of his efforts and solve extra exercises, but he was. He always says 'Studying comes first, then theres my right to enjoy my age'. It was kind of a habit in my family to put school first. But there's a big difference between me and Chris; he studies lesser than me and gets high grades, after all, guys are able to analyse and solve equations or find the main problem before girls can.
"Well, at least you care about your grades too much that you gave on your sleep for it."
"I'm sure I'll ace those exams." He smiled proudly.
"I'm sure you will."
We heard a car's horn, and I rushed to the window and picked a look from the window to find nothing but Luke's famous red car. I turned around shocked.
"What?"
"It's Luke." I told him.
"So he's starting to giving you rides, too?"
"I think?"
I opened the door, and found Luke out of his car, leaning against it.
"What are you doing here?" I frowned.
"Good morning to you, too, Al."
"Oh! sorry, good morning," I smiled, "now what are you doing?"
"Obviously, I'm going to give you a ride. Come on, get in."
"Um, I'm going to tell Chris first, just a second." I held up one finger and ran to the door.
"I'm going with Luke, see ya, bye!" And with that I went back to the car to see a smiling Luke.

"Hey Alice!" I looked behind me and saw Stephany.
"Steph!" I rushed to her and hugged her.
"You know what to do." She crossed her arms, waiting. For what? I didn't even know.
"Actually, I don't?" It was more like a question.
"Ugh! Why do you have to tire my mouth! Details, Al, details! About what happened yesterday!"
"Oh! yeah, yes! I have so much to tell you."
I told her everything; once he picked me up, to the moment we entered the house, then when we talked and Mr Sikes came in, and when we had dinner, and how comfortable I became after I got used to them.
"So, that's it?" She raised her eyebrows.
"Yeah, what else would th- Oh! wait, there is something important!" I remembered.
