"Next!"

Oh no..

It was my turn.

"Do you feel any pain dear?"

"No." And it was true; I felt nothing.

I lay down at the hospital bed, ready for my x-ray.

"Okay let's see what we have here..." The doctor examines my body from the screen.

Silence.

"What's wrong?" I ask the doctor whose facial expressions were saying enough.

"Oh dear...you've got a lot going on inside of you. What kind of pit have you put yourself into?"

"I thought-"

"-you thought you healed huh? Just because you don't feel the pain doesn't mean it's not there."

Now it was my turn to be silent.

To anyone and everyone,
Don't assume my days, my nights.
Don't assume my laughing, my crying.
Don't assume anything, not even the people I'm around with; or else you'll find me against you.

Thank you.
