When you're not here to hold me tight?
When our bodies aren't intertwined
And all that is, is lust.
You were quick to say it wasn't love
But I knew that from the start.
I knew you weren't capable of giving me what I wanted
What I deserved,
But that's what drew me to you in the first place.
God, I love this game,
Even though I always get hurt,
I always end up losing,
But this chase is way too intoxicating,
Mind altering pain
For incredible pleasure.
So, if I can only have you for a moment,
Well, it's worth it,
But when this is all over,
And the dust has settled,
Will you still think about me?
