Lapis POV
I woke up after having the best sleep I've had in ages, I gave a big yawn and I checked the other side of the room and as expected peridot was not there. I sighed and decided to do something, so I want peridot to trust me more. I sat for a full 20m thinking on what to make or do for her, and so it was decided that I am going to make a cupcake for her.
now I don't know much about cooking but I do know how to google things, I googled a recipe and started making two cupcakes, my mother for some reason gave me ALOT of kitchen tools before I left so this will be easier than expected.
How, how did I expect this to be easy that was one of the hardest and most stressful things I've ever done in my life, but now comes the real test, I took a bite and it actually tastes better than I expected, I made mine blue and peris green- wait did i just call her peri, well i guess thats going to stick with me now dang it, i put the cupcake in the desk where she always do her homework.
i checked the time and noticed i had about an hour left before my classes, i showered and changed into a white t-shirt with a hoodie on top and some jeans.
four hours later
im tired, im so tired todays class was so exausting we litteraly had to perform a small part of romeo and juliet and we werent allowed to sit down. Anyways i walked to my dorm eating my sandwich and once i opened the dorm i saw peridot sitting in the couch passed out since my classes end late, i checked the left of her and there was the paper wrap of the cupcake, guess she liked it, and on my bed was a little note that read "thank for the cupcake -peridot" i smiled and i felt my face heat up, hmm this is weird, i felt different a feeling ive never felt before, oh well i shrugged it off and went to sleep.
