Mistake pt. 1

Peridot POV

There i stood in the front of a mansion dressed up as a vampire, i really dont want to be here .

"You coming or not" lapis said standing infront of me. She was frankenstain monster.

"I uhh" i said studdering, she sighed.

"Its fine we can go back if you want to" she said giving me a worried smile.

"No its okay you go ahead ill be around" i said not wanting to get in her way.

"Okay ill be around if you need me" she said going in.

I sighed and went in aswell. I immedeatly got hit by the smell of alcohol, swet and cigarrets.

I looked around to see if i recognised anybody, then i noticed pearl, amethyst, garnet, steven and coonie hanging out so i wanted to go over there but i was for some reazon hesetating, why am i hesetating they've been my friends for ages why do i feel this way.
I ignored that and went towards them.

"Oh hi peridot" connie said with a smile.

"Hi" i said giving a small smile.

We hanged out for quite a bunch of time but i felt really distant like i dont belong there, plus amethyst and pearl started getting drunk off their asses, steven and connie went somewhere else and garnet stayed watching amethyst and pearl.

I went off to find a spot that was alone, when i finally found one i put on my headset and started hearing music for like an hour until i saw lapis walking towards me.

"Hey watcha doing over here all alone" she said obviously drunk.

"Nothing" i deadpanned.

"Come on lets daaaance" she said grabing my wrist.

"No let go of me" i said trying to get out of her strong grasp.

She dragged me to the middle of the mansion where there are alot of drunk people dancing. She grabed my other hand and took me to the middle.

"Lapis i dont want to dance" i said whining. She ignored me and started dancing while holding on to me, i sighed and copied what she was doing since i dont know how to dance, this was actually quite nice, she gave a twirl and i giggled, then i lost my balance and she put her arms around my waist so i wouldnt fall. We stared at each others eyes for like 10 seconds and as i was about to say thanks she leaned in and put her lips on mine, i froze and then she separated her lips and opened her eyes, she than saw my look of confusion in my face.

"Im sorry, im so sorry" she said running off. I stood there and looked around me hoping nobody saw that.

I chased after lapis, why did she do that does she have feelings for me no, that cant be it must just be the alcohol , yeah it has to be the alcohol there is no way she likes someone like me plus im pretty sure shes straight ,right?

I shook my head and continued to chase her through the house but eventually i lost her in the crowd.

Lapis POV

Im so fucking stupid, why did i do that she obviosly didnt like it and know there is no way she'll ever want to be with me let alone be my friend.

"Well well well look who we have here" i heard a voice say, i looked up and saw jasper infront of me.

"The fuck do you want" i said trying not to show fear.

he smirked and got to my level since i had was hugging my knees on a corner.

"Im telling you to watch your back" he said walking away.

I stood up and decided to put an end to his harrasment, i grabed the side of jaspers face and looked at him with daggers in my face.

"Look you stupid fucking whore you will leave me and peridot alone or i swear i can make you get expelled and fucking left to rot in hell, do i make mi self clear" i said squesing his hair, he stared at me in disbelief, he nodded and silently walked away.

Alright time to find peridot.

So i said i would update yesterday but i swear i let my phone down for like 5 seconds and i fell asleep, like jeez why.
