"We all want our lives to be happy fairy-tales,
Yet we ponder on our sadness and our fails."

What is it about fairy tales that attracts our attention so much? We love them, bask in their stories and their happiness, wanting our lives to end the same way, with happily ever after.

Yet, we stray so far from our own happiness that our hearts begin to ache and crumble from the weight we hold. The burden becomes a staggering boulder that keeps us from achieving every day normality.

Yet, we still dream of having the forever after with somebody or even within ourselves. Love is the first to break the barrier to our burden but could also be the burden itself. Why do we allow ourselves to be sad, to be broken and pained by our environment?

I've always wanted a fairy tale ending to my love life, but instead it's a disaster. Broken wine bottles and a whole heap of tears that can be turned into drinking water. I just want to be loved...

The human emotion is the most complicated part when it comes to our psychology. Breaking down our feelings and why we feel certain ways can be troubling, as we end up with more questions than answers.

Expressing oneself can be a struggle, especially if we can't even fathom our own emotions and our certainties. We stay hidden, burying feelings that are seen as sinful or unfavorable. But why? Do we fear our own emotions? That such feelings can bring about our own demise?

Why is it that in many films, a character is so strong, so powerful but loses all their authority once they receive the ability to feel certain ways? Why do we put emotions as failure, rather than a form of growth?

Why do we hide from ourselves?

Fairy tales only show basic emotions, the feelings we see, not the complicated ones that are beneath. Why? Because it's almost impossible to express, explain or even show.

So, as I ponder my way through the feelings, the emotions and the psychological effects, I could hardly believe myself when I tell you what a conundrum emotions could really be.
