Jealousy makes Helena sick. Regardless, she's completely nauseous with it whenever she thinks about Luke with Sierra. She of course wanted to support Luke- She was his best friend- but the idea of him touching anyone else was terrible to her.

"Are we good?" Luke glances over to Helena. He wants so badly for them to be good, for them to be okay. He misses his best friend.

"Yeah," Helena replies. "Why wouldn't we be?"

"You've been off since I told you about Sierra."

No shit. "I'm fine." Helena shrugs. I'm not, I'm not, I'm not, I'm not, I'm not, I'm not-

"Okay." Luke smiles. "I'm going to see a movie with her friday."

I don't care I don't care I don't care I don't care I don't care I don't care- "What movie?" Helena asks. She doesn't care but she has to pretend to care because she already dug a hole and said she was fine.

"Joker."

"I heard it sucks." Helena scoffs. Stop sabotaging, that's bad. Grow up, move on, you're fine, you don't have feelings for him.

Luke rolls his eyes. "Obviously. we're going to hate watch it."

Helena laughs. "Text me after and tell me how bad it is?"

"Of course." Luke smiles. "You're not going to sit here all alone all night friday, are you?"

"Why would I?" Helena furrows her brows. She actually is going to do just that, but Luke assuming she is is absolutely not fun.

"I don't know," Luke shrugs as he leans against the headboard. "We usually hang out, so I didn't know if you had any plans."

"I've got plans." Helena replies (lies through her teeth). "You aren't my only friend." Why did I say that why did I say that why did I say that why did I say that-

"Oh." Luke looks away.

"What?"

"Nothing," Luke replies as he hops up from the bed. "You're just mean sometimes." he mumbles as he goes to leave Helena's room.

"Dude." Helena scoffs as she jumps up, following Luke. "What the hell?"

Helena follows Luke all the way downstairs to the kitchen. "Do you just assume I think I'm your only friend?"

"No, I-"

"Not to mention the fact that you just dropped the word friend like it was nothing." Luke comments. He is irrationally offended by this, but he's too far in now to escape from whatever the fuck he just did.

"We are, I mean-" Helena shrugs, crossing her arms as she leans against the counter. "I don't see the problem."

Luke rolls his eyes. "You're friends with Calum. Unless I'm out of the loop- you haven't fucked him. We are not friends, bel."

"Then what the fuck are we, Luke?" Helena looks over.

"Well," Luke laughs dryly, pushing off the counter and moving past Helena. "Every time I say we're in a relationship because it's easier than trying to explain whatever the fuck we have going on, you shut me down because you have some fixation on proving that we're 'just friends,' so what else am I supposed to say?"

"Oh." Helena swallows.

Luke sighs. "Sorry."

"No," Helena starts for the stairs. "You're not. I'll talk to you later."
