"Tomorrow before the tournament make sure you double check the table tennis equipment and gears for all the players." he said.
" Okay! I will." I responded.
" Tomorrow I need you to focus on yourself do not allow your focus to drift to anyone or anything else part from your playing style and strategies especially about expectancies of your teammates, coaches, audience, assumptions, for doing so would again make you feel more stressed and nervous.

"Okay! See you tomorrow James!" I said waving at him.
Jay was waiting for me at the exit door.
"What did Mr Charming want?" he asked.
"Nothing much! it was about the tournament preparations." I responded.
Before we even knew it we were already at the gate.
"Hello Rita and Jay." Dominic greeted us.
"Hello! Dominic." we said in unison.
"You look so tired." he said.
"Yes! We are from our rehearsals for tomorrow." Jay responded.
"Ooh!! I understand. Okay then go have a rest." he said.
"Goodbye Dominic!"we both said in unison waving at him.
"Goodbye" he responded.
"I think by now Jayne has closed the shop already." Jay said.
"Yeah! It's very late. I responded.
"See you tomorrow sweetie."he said.
"See you too bestie and have a good night." I responded.
As I was walking home listening to music I suddenly saw a car stop right just in front of me.
"Hey Rita! Do you care for a ride?"
"No James! am okay."
"How can you walk alone at this time of the night?"he asked.
"It is not that late and in fact my house is twenty minutes away." I responded.
"Please I insist let me give you a ride." he begged.
"Okay then if you insist."I responded.
