Sawyer let out a sigh as she tied Fox's hair tie at the end of her braid. Her stomach was aching from anxiety and the baby was growing so her organs were moving for space
Sawyer could see her stomach bloating more and more. She was waiting for Bellamy to return from a meeting so she could give him the news. Her mind was filled with the hundreds of different things she was going to say
The sound of a bang on the door made the girl jump and slip out of her trans. She walked over confused and opened it, Atlas stumbled in making the girl's brows furrow
"Atlas what are you doing? It's late" the girl said reaching to stabilize her tipping best friend
"I'm f-f-ine, get off" Atlas slurred shoving her hands off. "Are you drunk?" Sawyer said in disbelief. "Relax" Atlas said walking over to sit on the couch
Sawyer sighed as he plopped onto the couch." Bellamy should be here soon so let's get you to your room" Sawyer said walking towards him
"Does Bellamy know that we used to sleep in the same bed?" Atlas asked making Sawyer look at him weirdly. "Atlas, stop come on your not thinking straight" Sawyer said reaching for his arm
"No, I'm being serious. Does your baby daddy know about our secret?" Atlas said loudly. "Atlas what secret?" Sawyer said defeated at her failed attempts to get the drunk boy to stand
"The secret of us being in love" Atlas responded his head dropping, "Atlas shut up" Sawyer said annoyed. "Oh come on, friends don't look at each other like we do" Atlas said shaking his head as he started to sober up the more serious the topic got
"Look at each other like what?" Sawyer said confused at what he was trying to get at
"I'm just saying 'just friends' don't look at each other like that" Atlas said using his fingers as quotation marks to mock the comment Sawyer had said many times
"Atlas, I'm happy with Bellamy you know this"
"Friends don't make marriage pacts"
"We were teenagers!" Sawyer screams
"And I was in love with you!" Atlas yells back standing up from the couch "And you were in love with me and you know it!" he screamed. Sawyer's breath hitched as tears welled in her eyes
"I don't know what we were Atty but-"
"We were friends who lingered eyes, who didn't let the other talk to anyone else because we deep down had something. You knew that" Atlas said pointing at her
"You really fucked me over. I can't settle with anyone, I tried! I tried looking at other girls because I keep waiting for you to come around!"
"I'm pregnant Atlas, pregnant with Bellamy's baby!" Sawyer screamed as tears fell down her cheeks
"Atlas I love yo-" Atlas cut her off "Don't do it! Don't say that"
"Why?" Sawyer said confused. "Because you don't mean it the way I meant it!"
"Atlas, I can't say that" Sawyer said quietly shaking her head. She wasn't going to loose her best friend over this argument
"Since we were kids i've been in love with you, every minute of every day. I wake up and your the first thing I think of. I go to sleep and your the one I think of, it's always you! Your over here faking your love for Bellamy because you don't want to admit you love me"
"You don't know what you're talking about" Sawyer said shaking her head. She loved Bellamy, Atlas was just so desperate for the girl to have feelings back that he didn't care if he destroyed her relationship anymore
