"Hi sorry i'm late" Sawyer apologized walking into her office where the guards were having a meeting. She pushed through getting to the center where everyone surrounded a table
"How's Octavia?" Atlas asked "She's strong, I have a medical team working on her now" Sawyer informed as she thought about the med bay where she just was with the injured Blake
"Listen. All we have to do is spread it in front of the outer wall. Then when the army gets close-" Sergeant Miller started
"We light em up" Matt responds. "Exactly" Mr.Miller agrees
"You want to light a fire outside the ship we just spent the last month getting ready?" Atlas asked in disbelief
"That's not happening" Sawyer disagreed shaking her head. She turned to Monty "Any word from Kane?"
"No, but Jaha found the cargo truck 12 hours out, no sign of Bellamy or Stephens"
Sawyer's heart dropped at Monty's information. Her eyes fluttered as she tried to hold her strong front but it was slowly breaking. Everyone started at the temporary Chancellor waiting for her reaction. Sawyer had no words, she put her arms on the table to hold up her body that felt like it was slowly crumbling
"I have to speak to Roan. Something happened, some sort of misunderstanding" Sawyer spit out
"Sawyer, if he wanted to talk, he wouldn't be coming with his army" Harper said from behind her
"Right, but there's only one way to get here from Polis. I'll ride out and meet him" Sawyer offered "No, absolutely not" Sargent Miller denied "Your our Chancellor we need to protect you" he continued
"Actually, that might work" Monty said thinking out loud. "Monty what are you talking about?" Harper said confused looking at her boyfriend
"The Ice Nation thinks they have the element of surprise, but, thanks to Octavia, we do. Pike showed us how valuable that can be" Monty explained
"You're citing Pike?" Harper said in disbelief. Monty looked down "As awful as that sounds, yes"
"Alright let's plan this out" Sawyer says determined

Sawyer stood in the middle of the rocky road watching as the Azgeda Army charged through. "Halt!" Roan yelled upon seeing the blonde girl blocking their path
Sawyer was a good amount of distance, her heart was racing as she watched Roan and Echo exchanging words. She stood behind a boulder her top half perfectly visible while her bottom half was behind the rock in case she needed cover
"We need to talk!" Sawyer yelled over to Roan who remained mounted on his horse. "Little late for that" Roan comments "Archers! Target Strik Heda!" Roan yelled
Sawyer watched as tons of bows were lifted in her direction. Sawyer clicked the talk button on her remote that connected to her ear piece which connected to all the gunners who watched her from the top of the rock mountains
"Gunners, take aim" Sawyer demands speaking lowly. Sawyer watched smirking as tons of green lasers decorated Roan's chest
He stared down nervously before scanning all the gunners. The army started getting nervous as they looked up. Sawyer's eye focused on Echo. She was the bitch that tried to kill Octavia and Sawyer was happy to return the favor
"Okay, we got their attention" Monty's voice came from the ear piece
"Remember, no one fires unless fired upon. The radiation's our enemy, not the Ice Nation"
Echo said something to her people, Sawyer watched as 2 people heads covered in chains were dragged forward. Sawyer's brows furrowed as she watched the people thrown to their knees
Sawyer's breath stopped as the bags were lifted from their heads revealing Bellamy and Kane
Bellamy blinked as the light blinded him, he looked up and his heart fluttered at the sight of his girlfriend who looked at him eyes widened in fear
The look quickly drained her face as she put on a strong front
"Your move, Strik Heda kom heart" Roan said mocking her name. Sawyer let out a shaky breath before she looked up to Atlas who made eye contact with her
Bellamy gulped as he watched the girl having an inner battle with herself. "Ten minutes! That's all I ask" Sawyer says loudly. She watches as Roan dismounts his horse
Sawyer turned around and allowed her face to fall as anxiety filled her. No one could see the girl so she allowed her emotions to get the best of her. Bellamy was captured by ice nation, her mind filled with terrible thoughts of what they have done to him
