I quietly walk into the dance studio where Felix and his dance crew, Adrenaline, were finishing practise. I hide around the corner and listen to see when it is safe for me to enter. "Okay! Make sure you get some rest this weekend! Lots of rehearsals coming up next week!" I hear Felix yell. The voices of his crew disappearing into the changing rooms. Once I think that it is safe I enter the room.
"You were right." I say to him and he turns to face me. I know that he knows exactly what I'm talking about. We hadn't spoken since he 'warned' me about Connor.
"What? No 'hello Felix'? No 'you look extra sexy when you're all sweaty'?" he smirks.
"I shouldn't of gone after a celebrity, someone who was way out of my league." I sigh. "So now I'm out of my fantasy and am here for you."
"So you want to go out with me?" I nod. "Hmmm no thanks."
"Excuse me?"
"I don't really want to be someone's second choice." Felix picks up his bag and starts to walk off towards the changing rooms.
"Uh, may I remind you that you cheated on me! You should be glad that you're even a choice!" I follow him.
"So if I cheated on you then why do you want to date me again?"
"You're the one who's been nagging me about going out again for ages! I'm giving you what you want!" Felix stops and turns around to face me.
"Persuade me."
"I'm so lonely and I know that if I'm with you, then I won't be lonely." I admit honestly, knowing that it probably won't help to persuade him and instantly regret it.
"If you're lonely then why don't you go hang out with your stupid little dance crew?"
"Fine. You don't want all this? I guess I'll find someone else to keep me company. And not the sort of company friends give you." I try the 'flirty sass' card, it always works on Felix. I turn to walk out of the room. Three, two, one...
"Wait!" I smirk as Felix yells out to me. "You can change your relationship status on Facebook from single to in a relationship."
"I thought so." I go to give him a hug, feeling a piece of respect for myself braking away.
