Sarah is born with music in her heart and life. Through the different songs she sang; she give her hearts and soul in her rendition. It gives meaning to her world, but only a few knew that she expressed her innermost thought and feelings through the songs that she sings. You know when she is happy; jolly, playful and sad, through her musics. Many loved her from the time she won the singing contest and follow her growth, her ups and downs, her struggles, in her choosen world, the entertainment world of showbizness. In front of the camera, we saw a very talented and beautiful creator; behind the camera, the bubbly swan turns into a very simple, shy and introvert person. Only her closest friends are given the privilege to have the glimpse of the real Sarah; and there is that one guy, who see through her façade.
Gerald, a happy go lucky guy, projected as someone who is not serious in life, a womanizer, a heart breaker; he has been idolized because of his good looks, is beautiful face, and his charm. He was branded as a user to retain his popularity. He loves music but has no ability to put meaning to the songs he likes. Yes, he can dance; he can make heart throbbing moves with his body and titillates the eyes of the girls watching him. In his years in showbizness, he has developed his craft and become one of the finest actor of his generation. Only a few , knew the real Gerald outside the klieg lights; what people didn’t know, he is just a simple guy with big dreams, a family oriented person, a loving son and borther; and there is this one girl, who see though him, not his beautiful and handsome face, but the pureness of his heart.
Time played an important part in their amazing journey of love. What the future stored for them, no one knows; if their life will still be intertwined at the end of their journey, only God knows
In the 30 chapters of their life, 30 songs have been used to depict what our hearts wishes for them. Yes this is fictional, any semblance on their real life is just coincidental, but every lyrics, every words of the songs has one way or another touches their lives and even ours.
We are always waiting for the Statement Songs of Sarah every SGL episode. We know she is sharing her heart to us in every song that she chooses. Yes, we know, there are songs not of her choice, but she gives meaning to every songs. Her eyes is the mirror of her soul, we know when she is down and when she is happy.
There are still many years ahead of them, it may seem so confusing and seems to be rolling over and over without any clear direction, but both these lovely individuals are blessed with pure hearts and along the road they travel, it may crossed and intertwined making them see true happiness together.

Author’s POV
My heart is full in seeing that this story has touched many Ashralds’ hearts. You comments are overwhelming and very inspiring. I have never imagine that this story will be read by many and will passed the critiquing eyes of the readers. I read every comments and have taken each suggestion by heart.
I am not really a writer, but what inspire me to write these two stories, “Our Love will See us Through”, a fairy tale ending; and this one “A Time for Us”; are the love and inspiration I felt among all the true blooded Ashralds who unconditionally accepted and love Sarah and Gerald.
I never can’t explain the magical moment I felt which allows the words to flow to complete these stories; and take note, as mentioned in one of your comments, nosebleed, because I have written it straight in English language.
Again, from the bottom of my heart, my heartfelt gratitude to all those who take time to read my literary works. You will always be my inspiration.
To all Ashralds, Popsters and Geraldnaticxs, all over the universe, we have been united with common interest, we truly love Sarah Geronimo and Gerald Anderson, not only as showbiz personalities; but we saw something in them that we want to protect, to love and to support. We accepted them unconditionally including their flaws and wrong doings. Things maynot come out the way we wanted it to happen, but as Sarah has said, we hope we are still one in spirit who will continuously love them no matter what will be the ending of their love story.
