Three Days Later

Nines' POV

I didn't see Y/N again for another three days, it ached terribly, because she needed as much rest as possible, but I knew that soon, most of it would be relieved, but I have to be gentle, or I could break the stitches or something, but soon, she'd be here with me, and only me.
Well, the cat and the dog but of course they won't be holding her tight throughout the night like I would be.

Time Skip- At Hospital

I informed the doctors that I was there to pickup Y/N, and when they asked what type of relationship I had with her, I replied with full truthfulness, "She's the love of my life."

Of course, they said to take it easy on her, and be gentle, not to do anything... "exhilarating" for a few more days. I didn't know what they meant until I was down the hall to her room when the realization hit me, oh... they mean sex, of course.

I frown, not knowing why they couldn't just say that, plus, even if I were wanting to do that as soon we got home, Y/N would slap me and tell me to sit the fuck down.

Or maybe she'd want to fuck, I don't know.

When I arrived in her room, there was a nurse taking out Y/N's IV, I try and hold back my excitement as she looks up at me and smiles ear to ear.

"There, you're free to go." Says the nurse as she puts the IV needle in a kit and leaves the room to clean it for the next patient.

Y/N is in some regular cloths, probably the one's Hank gave her when he visited her (completely sober), a day after I did.

"Oh my god!" She cries, sitting up from her bed, I go over and wrap my arms around her, not even giving her a chance to encase a hold on me.

We stay in an embrace for only a few seconds, but for me, it felt like an eternity. An eternity I'd be happy to stay in until the end of time.

"Let's get out of here!" She says, she takes my hand, and begins to walk weakly forward, she stopped at the door frame, letting go of my hand and rubbing the area of her wound tenderly.

"Y/N, would you like me to carry you?" I ask, "I can walk." She responds stubbornly.

"Don't waste your energy." I tell her, I lift her off her feet and into a bridal style, carrying her all the way out the hospital.

Once she's checked out and we're in the parking lot, I sit her down on the bike, and strap her helmet on for her like routine.

"I'm driving." I say, sitting in front of her, "But-" she begins, "Y/N, just trust me, hold on." I say, starting up the bike.

Her arms go around my torso securely, I smile softly, and sigh dreamily, I really have missed her this week.

Time Skip-

By the time we arrive home, it's sunset.

I carry her to the apartment the same way I did out of the hospital, getting a look from the man up front,

"Where have you been Y/N?" He asked, I stop walking for a second as Y/N says in a dead voice, "I was shot Larry."

I nod and get into the elevator, still not letting her down as I swipe the key card with the hand holding her legs.

"Can I just... fall asleep here?" She says yawning, "How about I get you in bed?"

She gives me an odd look, I chuckle and say, "Don't take that into context."
