I gasped in realization, and backed away from the bush, still crouching.
It was her.

"Clock! Thank goodness!"
She ran up to me and hugged me.
"Oh, C-Clock, your eye.."
I gasped and looked in a puddle.

"Leafy, it's just a cut." I looked at her.
She stopped hugging me and sighed.
"Come on, Pin can take care of your eye at home." She walked away a bit.

"I-I can't go back."
I turned away.
"Why not?"

"I'm scared.
Really scared."
I heard a sigh behind me.
"Coiny..Told me to get you. He wanted to give you a gift."

I looked at her. I was going to decline before I saw how sad she was.
I stepped forward.
