Chapter Four: Why?

Jake came back looking like he really didn't care about her,
"Well okay then!" Jake laughed, Shelly turned around started to giggle and shoved the bag of McDonalds food into his hands, she grabbed the cups of drinks thanked the lady and turned around smiled and shook her head, they walked back hand in hand,
"Ooh, so you worked things out!" Stella smirked widely,
"Yeah, now shut up and eat your food!" Shelly gave her the middle finger and rolled her eyes, Shelly looked up into Jake's eyes and they sparkled, her mind drifted. She quickly snapped out of it as she caught Stella's face out if the corner of her eye and she slammed Stella's drink Infront of her on the table, Jason took Stella's hand under the table and they looked eachother in the eyes, while the were doing that Stella grabbed a fry in her other hand and quickly shoved it into Jason's mouth, she started laughing extremely hard so that she started snorting. This made the others laugh. They ate their McDonald's and left, Jason wanted to kiss Stella so bad, he tried to hold back though. Jason took Stella's arm and Stella looked up at him, he brushed his lips against hers and she smiled. Her eyes travelled to Jake and Shelly who were holding hands and looking into each others eyes, they kissed softly and Stella smiled,
"Don't you think their cute?" Stella asked Jason,
"What, oh yeah!" Jason seemed distant,
"What's the matter?" Stella looked concerned,
"Nothing!" Jason quickly said,
"Okay, I'll drop it!" Stella suspiciously backed off, her eyes travelled to Jake, she suddenly realised how hot he was, she bit her lip and tilted her head at him, Jason noticed,
"Why the fuck are you staring at Shelly's new "boyfriend" Stella?" Jason seemed angry,
"I'm not!" Stella lied,
"You realize that we are having a child, and dating now! A kiss wasn't a big enough gesture, what you want a ring, because I'll get it for you! I'd do anything for you, you know that right?" Jason angrily stated, he knew when she was lying,
"Yeah I know, I don't need no ring!" Stella rolled her eyes and let go of his hand.
"Hey Jake?" Shelly wrapped her free arm around his bicep, he looked down at her,
"Yeah?" He replied,
"Do those two look off to you?" She nodded her head towards Stella and Jason who were walking silently and awkwardly,
"Yeah!" Jake looked towards them,
"I'm gonna talk to Jason!" Shelly said,
"I'll talk to Stella see what's wrong with her!" Jake broke free from Shelly he smiled and kisses her on the cheek,
"He Jason!" Shelly happily said, "What's happening with Stella and you?"
"You wanna know the truth? I caught her staring at Jake! In a way to say that she likes him." They stopped walking and turned to face eachother,
"What?" Shelly looked at Jake and Stella they were walking together,
"Yeah, I... I love her, and I have for a while, so when we slept together I felt extremely happy, I thought it was the most amazing thing to have happened, but now, I'm not so sure!" A tear rolled down his cheek, Shelly hesitantly wiped it away, the other two were far ahead and the had stopped walking too, Shelly became anxious.
