Chapter Thirteen: Shit no!

"Elle!" Jake touched Shelly's arm and Shelly jumped, "What is going on?"
"We slept together..." Shelly blurted out,
"What... WHAT THE FUCK? How could you hide this from me?" Jake asked,
"I thought you remembered!" Shelly started to cry, she dabbed her tears with her sleeve,
"Well I didn't... I was wasted Shelly!" Jake sympathised,
"Yeah but... I thought you might remember it..." Shelly sobbed, Jake wiped away her tears with his thumb, she looked up into his eyes and he pulled her into a tight embrace and she cried into his shoulder, he kissed her softly,
"Wait did we use..." Jake asked,
"I don't know..." Shelly said but she didn't look like she cared that much, Jake laughed at her absence of her ability to care,
"Oh well, I don't want to push you into taking one but shouldn't you take a..." Jake asked,
"No, I'd rather not!" Shelly said, she was scared of the result...
"Well, okay..." Jake laughed nervously,
"I guess we'll find out in 9 months!" Shelly joked,
"Plus Stella will think I'm stealing her thunder... To be honest, I'm probably gonna be the one looking after her kid anyway!" Shelly stopped walking, "But if we are having a little kid, I'll be happy!" Shelly kissed Jake and he smiled,
"You realise it's a child and not a hamster!" Jake giggled and Shelly softly hit him.

Stella and Jason decided to walk home to avoid small talk in the car also they needed to think, they ran into Shelly and Jake,
"Oh my god... Hi!" Shelly said startled and hugged Stella,
"Omg hi Hun!" Stella said, "We told my parents!"
"You... You what?" Jake stared at Stella,
"My dad kicked me out but it's all good!" Stella said,
"HOW ARE YOU GOING TO FUND THIS CHILD?" Shelly asked Stella,
"Well I work at Maccys so..." Stella laughed,
"You are going to fund this person through McDonald's?" Jason butted in,
"Yeah! WAIT... I'LL FEED HIM OR HER MCDONALD'S!" Stella lit up, they all laughed,
"Wanna come to my place guys?" Jake offered,
"Sure!" Stella said nudging Jason,
"Yeah!" Jason said,
"Well I have to now because my mum..." Shelly shrugged, "Stella, can I... Can I talk to you?" Shelly asked, the mood of the group changed instantly,
"Yeah sweetie!" Stella followed Shelly off to the side,
"Babes, I might be pregnant?" Shelly said unsure, "Well I didn't want to "steal your thunder" so to speak..."
"No not at all, I'm happy for you Hun!" Stella hugged Shelly and they walked back to the group.
"Okay, let's go!" Jake said taking Shelly's hand and kissing her,
"Yes babe!" Shelly laughed, "He's my master!" She whispered to Stella,
"What the fuck Shelly!" Stella laughed so hard she snorted and that made Jason laugh,
"What the fuck Stella!" Shelly joked, Stella went bright red,
"Aw, so sweet! You love me!" Jason teased,
"Bitch please, I don't love you!" Stella looked around the group, they were all giving her a look to say "really?" "Okay fine, I don't live you, I really love you!" Stella kissed Jason, Shelly turned around,
"Get a fucking room!" Shelly said.¹
