Chapter Fifteen: The blood drips!

They all watched the deep red blood drip slowly from the wound down the back of his head and Stella saw that last bit of life leave his bright eyes, the blood spilled out if the gunshot wound it dropped on the ground and he died instantly so he was not in pain his hair seemed to stain red, he fell on his front. As soon as Shelly checked his pulse the attacker ran away. 5 minutes went by and the police and ambulance showed up at the same time, Shelly stood up and stepped back almost falling over, she had to go as she was pissed and the police was here, Jake went with her,
"What happened guys?" A police lady said arriving at the scene,
"He was shot by a guy in a black hoodie..." Stella squeezed out, then she turned around and cried into Jason's shoulder.
"Can we leave, she just can't handle this right now!" Jason said heading off with Stella running after the wasted couple, Alfredo called his mum and she came straight away, Elise texted her mum, she couldn't come that night,
"Guys come with me!" The police lady led them to the police car so they could be questioned at the station. They left to the police station. Just as they got a texts t the same time,
"Let the blood drip down!"  They looked at eachother fear filling their eyes, they text the others to see if they got a text, they did too.

Meanwhile

Jake hugged a crying Shelly and they all went back to Jake's house, Shelly took another 2 shots before going to Jake's bed with Jake, they made out before falling asleep in eachothers arms, the other 2 couldn't sleep, they weren't going to sleep at all, they cuddled for a long time in silence before Stella softly cried into Jason's arms,
"Wait... Wake the others up we need to talk about this I don't understand why he kissed me..." Stella asked Jason, he obeyed the others joined them,
"Hey what's up!" Shelly asked,
"Why he kissed me!" Stella said,
"OMG!" Shelly came to a realisation, "He knew he was going to be shot and he wanted to show you he loved you!"
"Explain!" Jason said,
"Look he accepted it, when I yelled his name he didn't move he stood there and faced you, he knew that he was going to be shot and knew the person... HE ASKED THE PERSON!" Shelly explained the others understood,
"That makes so much sense but carry on!" Jake said taking an aspirin,
"No see he wanted to end it and wanted you to be the last thing he saw that's why he looked you right in the eye as he died, in a bit we'll ask his mum or dad if something happened lately to make him upset... Why else would he kiss you then accept dying..." Shelly stood up,
"He wanted to make us suffer because he knew I could never love him back..." Stella shed a tear,
"He found out we were together then admitted his love for you and killed himself making it look like a murder so his family wouldn't wonder why he killed himself..." Jason said grabbing Stella's waist and pulling her close to him,
"You're a genius babe!" Jake said kissing Shelly,
"You are!" Stella agreed.
