"Lucky those assholes weren't home, I would have blown..."
I cut Katsuki off. "Give it a rest, I'm too drained to handle it."
Izuku came out the front door with two bags. "Think that's all you wanted to take but I threw out your cigarettes."
I nodded. "That's fine."
A car pulled up in front of the house and a girl with mostly white hair stepped out. "Shoto! Let's get going, I have dinner cooking at home."
"We're coming." Shoto took my bags from Izuku and started towards the car.
Izuku hugged me tightly. "Please be careful, text me when you get there."
"Let her go Deku, we should leave. As for you dumbass, stay outta trouble." Katsuki hit my arm.
I smiled slightly and nodded. "I'll try." I walked over to the car and put my bags in the trunk.
"Don't walk in front of me Deku!"
"I'm sorry."
I listened to the voices quickly fade, sort of out of it.
"There's a car coming this way, we should go." Shoto opened the back passenger door.
I was afraid to look back because I knew it was them, I went to sit down in the car but froze when I heard her.
"Finally running away?! It's about time, unholy child!" She shouted.
I bit my lip and sat down in the car.
"How could you do this to your own child?" Shoto was calm on the outside but his blood was boiling.
"Easy, she's not mine. She's a rescue that my ex husband brought home when she was 4, she's caused nothing but trouble in my life. She's a curse! Just like her villain of a mother!"
"Roxanne please slide over." Shoto had balled up fists and was becoming visibly upset.
I slid over and put my seat belt on. Shoto got in and slammed the door shut. The car moved forward.
I sat there quietly, just staring at my lap. I felt tears start hitting my hand before I realized I was crying.
There would be no reason for the She Witch to lie like that, plus it would make sense since I don't look like them. If this is the truth and I was rescued at age 4 then...
"Hey." Shoto grabbed my hand. "Are you ok?"
"Yeah, it all makes sense now. They didn't have any baby pictures of me, I don't remember anything before my 5th birthday." I couldn't look at Shoto as I spoke.
"We'll figure out what's going on, I'll use my father's connections if I have to."
Timeskip
"Here." Shoto opened his closet and pulled a empty storage bin out. "All the clothes you'll keep here can stay in this. There's no point in dragging around all those bags."
My phone started to ring. "It's Kirishima."
"Dinner is almost done so I'll meet you in the kitchen." Shoto walked out.
I accepted the call. "Hey man, what's up?"
"Hey, not a whole lot. I just wanted to ask you about something." He seemed more serious than usual.
"Uh, what about Kiri?"
"Well I, and please don't get mad but I sorta heard the conversation between you and those three. I know it's really not my place but I think it would be best if you left that house so please give your address so I can come rescue you!"
"Kirishima, I'm not there. I'm safe. I'm going start spending nights at a time with the boys. I'm at Todoroki's right now, in two days I'll be staying with Midoriya." I explained.
"You can stay with me too, it'll take some convincing but I'm sure my parents will agree to it."
"Kiri, you don't have to do that. Plus we just met a few days ago, you shouldn't worry about me."
"I shouldn't but that doesn't mean I won't. I needed to know that you're safe babe."
"Eijirou! Get down here and eat!!"
"Sorry I've got to go but I'll see you tomorrow." Kiri sighed.
