Standing in front of Soo Yun's home, Namjoon seemed to notice, that his behavior before probably irritated her. He tried to explain himself, in his best manner. „Soo Yun, where do you know this guy from?"

„Huh?" Soo Yun was startled by his sudden question.

„That Kai guy?"

Soo Yun smiled lightly at Namjoon's overprotectiveness. He had always been looking after her, especially when it was about boys. Like an older brother.

„He was new and we chit-chatted, but dont worry, hes not my type." She said calming Namjoon down.

„He seems off." Namjoon said as a matter of fact, „What new guy feels so comfortable with strangers at his first day at school?" He scrunched his nose, not happy with the fact that Soo Yun wasn't as cautious with men as he liked her to be.

„Yeah, Namjoon, suuure he seems off. Just like every other guy that comes across me." The sarcastic undertone was obviously audible.

Soo Yun normally would've loved to keep small talking with Namjoon, but her body kept urging her to run upstairs and go look after her apartment.

„Okay bye Namjoon. I really have to go now, otherwise I wont be able to study as much as I planed to." Soo Yun already walked past him and tipped in the password of the door lock as she heard Namjoon talking from behind. „Alright, bye. No thank you for driving you home?"

Soo Yun smiled and gave him finger hearts. „Thank you."

The cute chuckle that her cuteness caused, Soo Yun didn't hear anymore.

When Namjoon walked out of her sight, she started to hurry up the stairs. She thought that she would feed the cats later. „They wouldn't die if they got their food an hour later, right?"

Arriving at the second floor, she took out her key and put it in the lock.

She opened the door and entered. Looking around the rooms, the guy was no where to be found. Did he already go away? He had told her, that he would leave, but would he do that without telling her?

She walked in her bedroom, but he also wasnt there. Then she heard the water running in the bathroom on the side.

„He must be taking a shower."

Soo Yun walked back to the kitchen and threw, as always, her backpack on the ground. Tired of all the worrying, and knowing now that it was unnecessary, she sat down on the couch and tried to relax.

The room looked tidy and it seemed like nothing had changed. No burnt kitchen, no broken things and no house party. Why did she even think this guy would do something like this? „Soo Yun, stay realistic!" She yelled at herself in her head.
The apartment was silent, only the running water in the background gave it away that Soo Yun wasn't alone. Again, Soo Yun's thoughts went to the neighbor, that didn't try to reach her yesterday. Maybe he tried to reach her this morning, when she was away. She would ask the stranger, if he had seen her neighbor, when he would come out of the shower. Looking at her watch she saw that it was already 18:29. That's why she was so hungry.

She raised herself from the sofa and made her way to the kitchen. In the fridge was a broccoli, some sweet potato and some meat from her mum. What if she made some pasta with vegetables and meat? Yes, that sounded delicious!

She started to take two pans out of the drawer. One for the pasta and one for the vegetables. She would put the meat later in the microwave, because it was already cooked.

Soo Yun was good at cooking. At least if she compared it to the skills of her friends. Sadly, the traditional courses were still too difficult for her. Because of that, and because of the lack of time she had for cooking as a student, her mother gave her the pleasant offer t send her some food.
